They did a great job installing a new toilet at my home. They took the old one, and made sure anything that needed to be fixed was done before installing the new one. Great service. Scheduling was excellent as they were ready to work next day after initial call.

He ran into a few hiccups from a previous remodel and found a way to get the job done same day. I needed old cast iron pipes relined on a house I purchased that was built in 1962. I had a very tight timeframe before moving in. EZ Flow has been an absolute pleasure to work with on a project that could have been a nightmare. They completed the massive job in under 3 days. Every member of their team was professional and polite. The took great care of the house, especially the new wood floors. The owner Scott was very transparent about what the job entailed and kept me posted every step of the way. Their pricing was very fair and I know I made right decision in hiring them. We had a pipe break in our upstairs bathroom and water was gushing out. I quickly looked at reviews for plumbing companies and saw that EZ Flow has very good reviews and called. Jessie was at our house within half an hour and saved the day. This was especially appreciated because our family of four are all at home due to COVID-19! Our water was turned back on in a reasonable amount of time, and he got us in touch with the mitigation company to get started right away taking care of the water damage downstairs. I hope I don’t need a plumber often, but I can tell you I’m keeping EZ Flow’s number close by just in case. Been doing a Master bath remodel. First, out of all the plumbers we got a quote from EZ was by far the most reasonable. We broke the work down into 3 phases. Huge thanks to Matthew and Gabriel for the help today. Ended up finding out that what I thought was a simple clogged toilet, was actually roots growing in the flange causing the blockage. Terry is a very courteous person. He introduced himself to me and clearly described the reason of his presence at our home. After confirming he was at the right location, he asked to be shown the site where the trouble was.
After assessing the the damage but before starting any repair, he proceeded to inspect all sinks and faucets in bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen to make sure there weren't any other problems. Also he inspected the water softener and water heater in the garage. He offered preventive suggestions that to my wife and I made a lot of sense.
He then proceeded to observe the malfunction of the garden water faucet and then proceeded with its removal and installation of the new one. Both, my wife and listen to his other recommendations as he installed the garden faucet.

I am a new customer. Communication with Scott and his team has been excellent. Richard came out for the first of several plumbing projects. Richard was on time and phoned me about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The project was completed quickly and efficiently. Richard was very knowledgeable (21 yrs. experience) and he showed it. The work area was as clean when he was finished as it was before he came. I had several questions, which he answered in terms that I could understand. I have several more projects scheduled over the next few weeks and I am hoping they all turn out just as good! Thanks Scott & Richard! Subsequent to my first project, Richard came back for 2 additional days of projects. On the last day, Richard had help from Greg and they both worked together to successfully remove and install a new ejector sewage pump system in my home. A lot of work by both Richard and Greg. They were on time and up for the job. This was not your typical plumbing project but they made it look easy and cleaned up after they were done. Very professional and friendly. I recommend Richard, Greg and EZ Flow for anyone needing plumbing help.

Scott have been my plumber for eight years, before he even had a crew he was a one man show. We had some old pipes that badly needed to be replace. I called a plumbing company, two guys came out and gave me estimate of $3500 to fix the linking problem, I knew that was tooooo much. I told them goodbye and have a nice day. I then called EZ Flow Plumbing Scott came out the next day and I told him what the guys said it would cost to replace the pipes. Scott said NO it doesn't cost that much, he gave me a price of $2200 at that point he was hired. Because I knew then that Scott was someone I could trust and not try to rip me off like those other guys did. So if you want a great and honest plumbing company, call EZ Flow Plumbing you're be happy you did. Great Job Scott you have come along ways in building your company, now you have a crew working for you. It couldn't happened to a nicer guy.

Hands down, best company ever. I have had to call them 4-5 times in the last 5-6 years and they have only charged me when actual work is done (and that was only once). My most recent call (today) took two hours to fix a leak (but no repair was needed, just turns out my garbage disposal was full and the dishwasher had no way to empty, thus over flowing and leaking), troubleshoot and “fix”, but at no cost to me financially. Long story short, because I have many good stories to tell, they are awesome and won’t steer you wrong. They are a lifelong company call for me, and u won’t regret using them too!! ***Adding on, a few years later, still amazing service!!!

Called EZ Flow Plumbing about a clogged drain in our bathroom due to our kid sticking a toy down the sink. Non the less I called and they were here in 25 mins and had the job done in 15 min or less. Hello, please if your reading this trust me review and experience with main line issues. This company blew my mind this week. I had a clogged main line that I have personally gone out and rented the commercial drain opener a few times. And did the work. It was hot, they came on time in the beginning of the window of time they said they would. Ok, now here is the best part. I'm still blown away, I must be missing something. No trip charge and $69.95 to open the Main Line not a kitchen sink. Then included is a camera to see what's going on in the line. No joke. I'm born and raised in AZ and I have paid over $250 to have my lines camera at my home and my rentals. Yes my main line has issues and they are going to write me up and estimate for the work that I should do. No hard sale. My main line is open and flowing and I know what the problem is and where my line goes out to. Thank you EZ flow. Great company and 2 nice guys did the work. I want to say Ian and Shane. I will look on the invoice and change this review once I know for sure. My brother had called one company and I called them. The company he called wanted $300 to open the line but it did come with a camera also. Way better deal here and I'm happy. Give them a call and you will be also.

They were able to get someone out to look at a leak the same day I called which was awesome. Jessie was super helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions. We called EZ Flow to install a purified water system and a new Insinkerator. Your man Andy Simmons came exactly when we were told to expect help; he installed everything that day. The systems both work perfectly, of course, but then we needed help with our refrigerator, which began leaking and refusing to make ice. We called for help, and once again Andy came and figured everything out for us. Ian was great. He called and said he was running ahead of schedule to tell me he could get to me sooner if i wanted which worked out great for me. He made me aware of what could be wrong and that it could cost more than the $69 special they had running. He explained what could cause it to be more expensive which made perfect sense. Luckily for me, it was a very quick and easy problem to fix and I didn’t feel like he was trying to find other things wrong to make it more expensive like other companies I’ve dealt with in the past have tried. If you’re going to use EZ Flow Plumbing, I highly suggest requesting Ian Pawlowski. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable which is hard to find these days.

Easily the worst experience of any service company I have ever had.

I called them to repair some rusted pipe with an outdoor water softner that they installed over 5 years ago servicing my outdoor water softener. They said everything was still under warranty and did all the work and supplied the materials for free. I was blown away. This is my plumbing company for life.

Amazingly quick and expert service! Greg was very professional and managed to carefully remove a corroded faucet without damaging any of the surrounding sink top. He then quickly installed our new faucet and tested everything for leaks. He was right on time and I was pleasantly surprised at how soon he was finished. We called about a smelly drain. That issue resolved very nicely. CJ was the technician. He was fabulous - polite, personable and very experienced. He wore booties too!!! And we received a full checkup of our plumbing, including pressure, water hardness, bathroom fixtures, washer connections, kitchen sink, water heater, water softener, etc. This checkup was free. We asked for and we’re given written recommendations (with pricing) for the few things that would need replacement in the near future - water heater, toilet bolts. We would most definitely call EZ Flow again.

Our water heater went out over Labor Day weekend. We called Easy Flow Plumbing first thing Tuesday morning (the lady who answered the phone was very nice & professional) after the holiday and they had someone out right away. By 3:00 we had hot water and a new water heater. Our water heater was 17 years old believe it or not. It was time for a new one for sure & our Technician Andrew was extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and professional!

I had a leak coming from my bathtub faucet, I called ez plumbing and they had someone come out the same day in a matter of a few hours, even after hours! they sent me a picture and a description of the plumber and I really enjoyed that aspect cause it made me feel safe! I also got a call back from the manager Jesse to help me find a way to shut off the water to keep it from leaking as much! the plumber who came at first did end up giving me kind of a bad experience and I wasn’t sure if it was how they ran their business or if the guy was just having a bad day but by the time the guy left that night I was for sure going to call someone the next day when they reopened to talk about the service I had received or lack of! I was not happy! When I called, I asked that the manager Jesse call me back and he did within a very short time period! I explained to him what had happened the night before, how much I had been charged and the quality of service that was given! He couldn’t apologize enough and he was so professional about it, he made sure to reschedule for another plumber to come out and take care of the issue that the first guy did not, he also went above and beyond to make sure that I got extra service for the bad experience! As it came time for my second appointment, I get a call from Jesse and he tells me that he himself is coming to fix the issues and make sure that I get what I payed for and receive quality service! Needless to say he came and replaced valves, installed new faucet, showed me what I needed to know for future reference, he truly went above and beyond and didn’t charge me anything extra then what I had already paid! I would recommend this company time and time again due to the professionalism and care that Jesse showed! The quality of work was exceptional and all for a really reasonable price! I've gone through EZ Flow Plumbing 5-7 times over the last few years, and I've been extremely happy with all visits. We've had a few technicians out to the house, and I've been consistently happy with the results.

Scott, the owner, has been out personally, and really sets the tone for the whole team's great customer service and excellence. He's honest to the point he's talked us out of unnecessary/extra work, saving us hundreds in the process. The fair quotes and continued excellent work will keep us coming back.

This visit, Jake came out on very short notice to repair our kitchen sink drain and 2 toilets, and he was fantastic throughout. He took time & care with each repair, thoroughly explaining all damage, his repairs, the estimate, and how to better care for the toilets/sink to avoid repeated issues. Quick response and super friendly

I had a drain clog in my laundry room so I initially called George Brazil plumbing because they had an internet offer for $53. After talking to a rep on the phone she indicated that well, ..maybe.., it would cost $53 but probably not. So I called EZ Flow Plumbing who offered a $69 drain clog repair. And that rep said it would be $69 ....period. Logan came out 2 days later and actually called and said he could be there almost 45 minutes early! So Logan with the assistance of Cody had my drain flowing again within 30 minutes. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgible. Logan pulled out a plastic bag that had mysteriously been lodged in the drain!! (Go figure!) He even tried to repair a drain knockout plug that had been intalled backwards that took a lot of effort. I watched during the whole process. And after all that extra effort the cost was exactly $69! Including tax. I highly recomend EZ Flow Plumbing and they will be my go to plumbing company the next time I need one. Thanks Logan and Cody!!

As a preventive measure, Will came out and replaced my old ice maker supply line and shutoff valve with new ones. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. He also was happy to answer all my questions and help me understand everything he was doing. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future!

Eric Barrera at EZ Flow Plumbing provided great service! He was courteous, professional, took time to explain the repairs that needed to be done. He replaced the leaking / broken outside water pressure valve regulator and the backyard leaking faucet. The work he completed looks great. No more leaks, water is back on! Great customer service. If I have other plumbing issues, I would request Eric to work on the plumbing.

The service was a full experience. We asked for a lot. All new plumbing, new hot water heater installed, new soft water loop, and lots of small updates as well. It took 4 trips out to our place. The first guy (Alex) was awesome. He spent the day here working hard. He was set to come back and injured himself so he was unable to return. The next tech was a waste, he left us worse than we were, over a weekend. Then one of the bosses found out and he stepped in to help. He and another tech came out to help which took another day and a half to fix the mistakes and finish the job. We now have working plumbing and can get on to other home projects.

Hired this company to locate our outdoor sewer cleanout which was buried under some raised landscaping. Matthew and Gabriel came with the scope and locator device and did an excellent job. They located the cleanout, dug it up, and extended the pipe to be flush with the ground.

Both of them were also super friendly and fun, and they explained things to us thoroughly.

Also, I had called 5-6 places for quotes for this service, and this one was the best price.

We had to call a Plumber because our Sump Pump in the Basement obviously had a problem again. The smell was just really bad. We had this fixes 4 years ago by another plumbing company and didn't want to use them again. Did some research and Found EZ flow Plumbing. They sent out Greg the same day and he quickly identified the issue and told us how much it would cost to fix. Based on our schedule we couldn't have him come out until 2 days later. He showed up and got the job done quicker than anticipated. Everything seems to be working fine now. Greg was super friendly and courteous, as was the person my husband spoke to on the phone. Needed our outside faucet split to 2 spigots, one for a garden with hose timer and one for a garden hose. He was able to sweat the fitting off, no cutting, and install them no problem. Very courteous and professional, highly recommended

Will did a very thorough job! Another plumber told me it was a slab leak and wanted $300 just to come out. Will investigated and found that it was not a leak in one of major pipes, rather a sprinkler line leak. He also did a great job replacing shower cartridge so the guest room shower had cold water again. I highly recommend him and will use him again for my plumbing needs!

Greg came out to assess some leaks at my house and despite the leak not being due to a plumbing issue, Greg still spent almost 2 hours with me, explaining my options, identifying the root cause and setting me up with a restoration company to take care of my water damage. Glad I now have a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber I can call!

I've been using EZ Flow Plumbing for several years and for 2 different houses and they are always fantastic. They cover thier shoes when entering the home. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have quick response times and are always on time.

I called for service yesterday and a plumber showed up that afternoon. I think that that alone was great in that I did not have to wait. The tech was very freindly and courteous. He answered all my questions in a manner that was easy to understand. We had a great discussion on reverse osmosis systems and he confirmed information I had seen on the internet. All-in-all, I am very happy with EZ Flow Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

After calling another company that wanted to charge a fortune for a new sewer line, I called EZ Flow Plumbing. They came out the same day and didn’t charge to do the inspection and estimate. (Another company wanted $250 to use their camera.) EZ Flow verified that the sewer line needed replacing but quoted thousands less than the other company. And their warranty was much better.

Jessie was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me so I understood what the problem was and why the repair was necessary. I felt confident and had the repair done. It’s never fun spending thousands of dollars for a house repair, but I appreciate Jessie and EZ Flow Plumbing and I will call them again if the need arises.

Had a pedestal sink that was cracked and needed to be replaced with a new sink and faucet that we had purchased. Greg was our service technician. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail before starting. When he removed the sink and found additional parts that could use updating, he stopped and gave me all the options first. Greg worked hard from beginning to end, and did it in a way that didn’t interrupt the daily routine of the household. When it was all done, we had a beautiful new sink/faucet installed and with almost no impact on the surrounding wall area. All we’ll need to do is some minor paint touch ups. Highly recommend this company.

We were extremely pleased with EZ Flow. The person, Jake, who came out to help us was AMAZING. He looked at a few different issues we were having with a leak in our shower, a faucet, and in our kitchen. He diagnosed what was happening with each one and was very knowledgeable. While on vacation the main water line feeding the house started leaking, a lot. My neighbors let me know and shut off the water at the street. Joel from EZ Flow showed up and explained everything thoroughly to me. He just spent a couple days digging up my yard to try and find where the pipe T was that fed my house and yard. He was careful to dig around our many bushes and our huge sycamore tree which I appreciated. I thought for sure we were going to loose half our plants but Joel took his time, did it right, and got everything fixed. Thanks so much!

After two service calls, I can say EZ Flow Plumbing does good work. I had two new toilets installed and two water supply valves replaced under the kitchen sink. Both times the tech was clean, friendly, and took time to answer questions and provide pertinent information. They also insisted on using quality quarter turn ball valves, which I appreciate. My only complaint is that their services don't come cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Scheduled us for less than 24 hours from call. Toilet was stopped up and my attempts to resolve it were futile. Tech came with proper equipment (toilet snake) and resolved the problem. Also instructed us with useful information about preventing future toilet problems (no baby wipes down the pipes). Also asked, BTW do you have a disposal? Let me tell you three things NEVER to put down the disposal. Answer; egg shells, coffee grounds and rice. I'll add two more; potato or any other vegetable peels made with a vegetable peeler or shrimp shells. Those last two can slip through the clearance gap between the grinder and the housing.

We had a tree root crack our main waterline in our front yard and our irrigation valve give out. Ran into an EZ Flow employee (Jessie) in the Home
Depot parking lot where he gave me his card. Made one call, scheduled an appointment for the same day, and by the end of the following day the job was completed. The technician, Jessie Sage, was extremely helpful and finished the job faster than expected. I would definitely recommend Jessie and EZ Flow.

Read all of this review. The person that came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable about his work, and he did a good job.
The reason I only put 3 star is because he charged me over $300 for a 1 brass globe valve, and after searching I know they run between $20-$55 only. Then he didn't separate the parts from labor. Way over priced totally. I had to get it done though. Now I know who not to call for my next project, which I'm about to buy other homes for rentals.

EZ Flow made the process SIMPLE! My plumber, Will Taufa, showed up on time, was very respectful even wore booties whenever he entered the home. Will was very communicative and seemed to take pride in his work. We never felt that Will rushed, he took his time and made everything perfect. Now please don’t get it twisted our service didn’t go perfect (as life in life) we ran into a few snags. The snags were no match for Will and the EZ Flow team. They were quick to triage the issue and get it fixed.

30 minutes after finding out my sewer was clogged, Brandon was at my home to fix it. He was communicative, courteous, hard working, knowledgeable, and efficient. Well...This has never happened. I usually take time to write a review but I couldn't hardly wait. CJ my tech just left. This all started with a leak in my wall. EZ Flow sent CJ and he was so attentive and considerate. He definitely respects the fact that even though he is doing a job he is still a guest. I was SO IMPRESSED with EZ Flow that I asked for a quote to replace my water heater. When I got my quote I was surprised to see it was a bit more expensive than other companies. I wanted to use them so badly that I called the office and asked for an explanation. They had CJ call me back, not the front desk girl who never saw my house. After speaking with CJ I found out that the other companies didn't quote me for all the items needed, and EZ flow was actually the best price. Best Price and the Best service! I feel like I need to make this business cookies and send them a Christmas Card every year. That's how awesome they are.

Most expensive company I’ve ever tried to work with. I needed 3 hose bibs and a pressure regulator. Nothing out of the ordinary. Routine and in easily accessible areas.

I get three estimates when I have work done and EZ Flow was 1 full $1430 OVER the other bids! For precisely the same work. (3 hose bibs and a pressure regulator)

Ultimately our brand of water softener does not have serviceable parts (and thus no revenue to be generated from the service call). A huge thanks to Drew, Gabriel, and Matthew for helping me with a new water heater! I came home from a trip only to find that I had no hot water. Drew came out the same day I called, whereas other companies wouldn't come out till 2 days later. He was very transparent and found the issue quickly. Drew worked with me to understand my options and get a deal on a new tankless heater, which Gabriel and Matthew ended up installing. We have used EZ Flow for a few different projects now and they’ve always done a great job. We thought of them when we had a bigger project, to replace 4 bathroom faucets and our entire kitchen sink, disposal and faucet. It was a bit of a wait due to supply issues, but they were helpful in moving things along. Ian has helped us on a few different jobs now and he is very kind and professional.

Today we had a fantastic experience with EZ Flow Plumbing and the plumber that came out to our house Ian. Ian was fantastic he called before he showed up and after talking with him for a bit about our plumbing concerns he came up with a game plan and checked the fixtures, toilet and water heater we were concerned about. Ian came back with some great quotes on all the items listed and we decided to hold off on the hot water heater since he said it had some life left in it. He was honest and fair and we highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing we had an amazing experience and thank them and Ian specifically for fixing our plumbing issues quickly and professionally.

Everyone at EZ plumbing is phenomenal! We noticed a water bubble on our ceiling, spoke with Kathleen in the front office who is always so kind, prompt, and very communicative (so you never wonder when someone will come). Will came same day to quickly determine the source of the leak, stopped it from getting worse, and even gave me some helpful general plumbing tips before scheduling another appointment to install a new toilet. Will and Andrew came first thing in the morning, quickly installed the new toilet (and even swapped out a handle on another one for me). Not only are they so professional and clearly know their stuff but they’re super friendly, loved our dogs and Andrew gave me a great recommendation for some quality, affordable dog treats too!

I used EZ Flow plumbing twice in the last couple of weeks. I had my kitchen valves replaced because the corrosion had left them in bad shape so I couldn't shut them off.. After that job was completed, CJ the technician noticed that there was some plumbing issues on the sink strainer basket which was absolutely correct. I had done a quick fix patch job a few years back and totally spaced it out.

I had CJ come back out and replace it. Had he not had the keen eye for that, the quick fix eventually would have deteriorated and I would've had a kitchen floor covered in water when it did.

Super impressed with the service level of this company! I called around 8 am and they had someone dispatched to my property within an hour.
They came out and assessed our need (leaking water main between the meter near the street and our home) and gave me a free estimate to do the work and even put in a call with Blue Stake to come mark my property before we start digging. Given the size of the job, the needed repair is expensive. I decided to try to tackle it myself because I couldn't afford to do it with their help. I offered to pay for the service call, estimate and Blue Stake arrangements they made for me. Greg refused, saying they don't charge for an estimate and were happy to do it. I was floored. I tried one more time to pay for their trouble, but they refused. Wow! I will definitely use them (and refer them) in the future. Tremendous service!

EZ Flow Plumbing we have used them for 5 years now. They do a great job at a fair price. We had them over today actually to service our RO System. While Greg was here we had some other plumbing concerns around the house he took the time to look at every concern we had and really knows his plumbing. He really does care about his customers and provides great customer service. Gregs done a few jobs here last year we needed a new water heater before that he worked on our water softener. EZ Flow is the way to go !! I had enough of other plumbers, both big and small companies. I started reading reviews and decided to try EZ Flow. Sure glad I did. Greg came out to my house to address two different problems I had. He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. He gave me a free estimate and time frame to completion. Needless to say, he got the job. He did what he said he would do, in the time he said it would take, stuck with his estimate and cleaned up everything when he was done. Sometimes you can sense a scam and so it was with EZ flow. I used them before with a mediocre attitude about their work but I try to give folks a second chance when possible. The technician was going to charge us $216 dollars plus labor to replace a special Kohler flush valve. Imagine $400 for such a basic service? I told the tech no way were we going to pay that and he suggested that I may get the parts by calling Kohler. He would send us the parts info and Kohler's number. He never sent the info. I called the office, spoke to Morgan and she said they were in a meeting but she would have him send after the meeting was done. I am still waiting but in the interim, I did my research. All that was needed was a $7 pack of seals(3) which I got at Home Depot and did the job myself. I don't know if it was just gross incompetence or a calculated attempt to gouge a repeat customer. Either way, folks, I would stay clear of this company.

EZ flow plumbing was a great referral given! The comustomer service was great and they were able to get someone out the same day for a free quote and review of my issue. After checking out my water heater leak, we went over what my options were. Overall, I needed an expansion tank but my water heater also had a ton of pipes not properly up to code. Greg was detailed and made sure to explain everything. He provided me 3 different quotes, the last one being a quote for all piping to be replaced and an expansion tank with a great price and 3 year warranty. Greg cane back out for the work quote and all issues look to have been resolved! He worked quickly, showed me everything at the end, and was kind the whole way through. Currently, my water heater is no longer leaking and all is looking great!

Pretty amazing how responsive these guys are and how good there prices are. Drains were all backing up, called them late Wednesday afternoon and they were at my house at 8am the next day. Took them about an hour and the total bill was $69! Highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. I called them at Sat 12pm for a leaking garbage disposal, and by 2pm, I had a brand new one installed! I have worked with Scott and his crew from EZ Flow Plumbing for almost 10 years now. I started with them doing some major plumbing remodeling at our company. They are now my go to for anything residential. I have used them to redo the shower faucets and water cartridges in our old home that we sold and have now just used them in our rental to take care of some really nasty plumbing blockage. They are on time, always professional and always get the job done thoroughly!! Thanks and they come highly recommended.

I have used EZ Flow Plumbing since 2009 when it was just the owner Scott who performed the service calls. The recent technicians I had were friendly, experienced, and performed quality work. Technician-provided parts and labor are backed by a 3 year warranty. During my latest service, the techs seemed to focus a lot more on the up-sell than I was used to in the past and I was a bit put-off by the pricing, but to be fair, they will give you options and ultimately it is up to you to decide if the service is a fit. Just be aware that the flat-rate pricing model they use has both pros and cons depending on the job. I ended up speaking to the owner Scott about my experience and found that he is still the stand-up guy I remembered who is committed to customer service and running a quality business. This isn't the case for a lot of other competitors who couldn't give a rip about you the minute they take your money so that certainly means a lot to me as someone who likes to support small family-run businesses and good people.

Responsive company and excellent at setting up appointment and follow ups. But do not call them for water softener installation, unless you need a recommendaton. They have a line of softemers they sponsor and install. Unfortunately I had already purchased one and just needed it installed. The technician said it would be $1200, but I could buy one of theirs starting at $1895, and includes the install. It would have been better if EZ Flow would have just said we only install the water softeners we sell, like another company I called said. Who is going to pay $1200 to install a $400 water softener?

Ian was prompt, efficient and great at explaining my drain problem and how to avoid it in the future. I definitely will call EZ Flow again if I have another plumbing issue.

We by no means had any type of emergency, (this time) but Jonathan and EZ Flow Plumbing still treated us like it was. After a phone call to get the new system we needed, they had us up and running within an hour of Jonathan's arrival. I can't say enough good things about this company, EZ Flow is the only plumbing company we trust. Great people, great explanations and great end product. If you want to be treated with fantastic customer service, don't hesitate to call this company.

My house had a water heater leak under the slab. Javier was able to diagnose the issue and set up appointments to:(1) find where the leak was and (2) to have it fixed. To find the leak a second plumber Jesse along with an apprentice plumber Mathew came back out with Javier and they were able to find the leak. After finding the leak they came up with a proposal to remedy it by abandoning the leaky line and routing a new line through the attic and wall. At all points of the process they were incredibly professional and great to deal with. They were also incredibly knowledgeable and explained all steps of the process in a manner that was easy to understand. They wore shoe coverings in the house and cleaned everything up after each visit. Javier also provided his mobile number so i could call with any issues (there were none). I was incredibly impressed with their service and i would definitely use EZ flow again and recommend to others.

We had a great experience from the moment we placed the phone call with our broken water heater. Will was able to come out almost immediately and quickly diagnose the bigger problem we had. My family have been recurring customers of EZ Flow for years. They have helped us with plumbing problems, upgrades, and renovations. Scott and his team are great! Lately we've worked with Jesse and Greg as our service techs, and they are both wonderful regardless of the scope of work.
Just today I had Jesse at the house for a simple toilet replacement. My dad is capable of doing this himself, but Jesse made everything easier: he picked up a product he knew would suit my family's needs, installed it, and hauled away the old one in a flash (what would have taken us days to do on our own).

This is the second time we have used EZ Flow plumbing and the second time we have been very pleased. Danny was our tech and he is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and even referred an electrician as we required a ‘half hot’ plug for our DW and garbage disposal. Our kitchen sink was clogged up pretty badly and Jessie got out here earlier than scheduled (helps to be down the street from them!). He not only took care of the clog, but he took the time to go over a few issues that happened to pop into my head while he was here. As we were investigating some of the issues I brought up, he happened to notice a code violation left by the last guy who replaced our water heater a few months ago due to improper installation and he fixed it at no charge. Would’ve liked for the pipe running to shower cartridge in shower to have been repaired because I know it’s leaking. Instead was told water was coming from the shower cartridge leak and was running to the back of cartridge to the pipes.

Update: I was promptly called after not liking that a cartridge was replaced instead of the valve. Thank you for repairing what needed to be repaired.

Great service, unclog was a fair price however the powerwash to clear out drains was close to 800$ 0.0! It does have 3 year warranty of clogged drains though.

Great experience!!!! Had a water leak in my home and called EZ Flow. They came over to my home within 30 minutes. Found leaky pipe and repaired immediately. The technician also recommended a contractor to clean up all the water and to do all necessary repairs to my home that was damaged by the water leak. He was so kind to contact them for me and got them at my home in a hour to start cleanup. Having water damage to your home is very stressful and EZ Flow was helpful and professional to get me through this difficult time. When we realized our dishwasher issue wasn’t from the actual machine but possibly from the plumbing we knew we needed a plumber. I called EZ Flow Plumbing in a panic because the dishwasher kept rapidly filling with water every 2-3 hours when it was turned off. We couldn’t even leave the house because we never knew if or when it would overflow onto our hardwood floors.

The guys came out and assessed that the original installation of our reverse osmosis system was incorrect (it was originally tied in with the dishwasher drain per manufacturer instructions) and quickly went to work correcting the issue. The work was completed quickly, professional, and at a great price.

Plus side: They told us they could also replace and service our reverse osmosis system. I will definitely call and check out the pricing for this service!

He gave me what I thought was a fair price, completed the job quickly & neatly, and even went above and beyond to connect the washer- which is something he did not have to do. After looking at their Google and Yelp positive reviews, I called EZ Flow Plumbing when our tub faucet came off in my hand. We were so fortunate to have Brandon Fuller diagnose the problem. Because our home is 37 years old, the cartridges could not be removed without disintegrating, and new ones are no longer available. Also, our upstairs air conditioning unit is directly in back of the tub, so he could only replace the faucets by going through the front tiles. Brandon took photos, called different experts that had worked on older homes, and spent so much of his personal time solving our problem. Our shower/tub faucets were replaced perfectly, and we appreciate Brandon's diligence, high work ethic, and professionalism. Best of all, he's personable and explained all the steps of the process to us. We highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing and their technicians. Morgan, their receptionist, was also very helpful, and returned calls promptly.

Great service all around from everyone on the job making the appointment was quick out to the property same day I called, from our 1st initial Estimate with Jeff, to working with our insurance company and then the assessment of the large project with Jessie and their crew before getting started.
