Josh showed up early and was very professional. He quickly pointed out only a few lines for the hot/cold water needed to be swapped. He said we could swap it easily ourselves or he could do it since he was there. He didn’t charge us and said he was in the area for another job anyway so I swapped the lines after he left and everything is working. Sebastian came out to fix our leaky kitchen drain. He was kind, informative, professional and early (after calling to verify I would be available an hour early). It took him about 15 minutes to fix my problem. I did think $189 was a bit pricey however, I was told the price before work began and it was a same day service, so I'm sure that played into the cost. Overall I was very pleased with the work and would call Sebastian again.

Hudson was on time and very professional. He presented several options to us. He didn't have the parts on hand that were needed to repair our washing machine valve so ran out to get them. He installed high-quality brass parts and advised us how to prevent stuck valves in the future. Afterward, the owner called personally to resolve a billing issue. We appreciated that a lot.

This is the second time we have called upon this outstanding company! Called on Thursday and got an appointment for the next day (our issue was not even urgent). Got email and text confirmation of the appointment, as well as texts when the tech was on his way. Just like last time, I love the high quality communications along the way, and this confirms that this is consistent customer service for this company. The tech arrived as scheduled, assessed the work requested, and presented more than one option, of various price levels, for service. An approach was agreed upon and the tech completed all work within an hour. This is a professional and competent company to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon them if necessary. I highly recommend them!

I tried to install a sink myself and it didn’t go well. I was able to get an appt with 12 hrs notice. Hudson came right on time and was very professional and also explained things to me as he did them. He even hauled away my old sink which was a huge bonus, highly recommend!

We had The Plumber come out because we had a toilet that rocked when we purchased the home. Josh and his team were really responsive and came out to reset the toilet. While there they replaced the poor quality valve at the same time. Great customer service, very pleased!

I used The Plumber to uninstall/reinstall a pedestal sink so I could have new flooring put in. They worked with me to have it removed the day before my flooring and reinstalled after. They even moved the reinstall date for me when the flooring took longer than expected as these things do. They were much more reasonably priced than other providers and the ease of working with them has definately made me a lifelong customer.

I couldn't be happier with this company! Found a water leak early in the morning, gave them a call, and less than an hour later they were at my house diagnosing where the leak was coming from. Our technician, Hudson, was extremely polite and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond for us, creating a remarkable experience with The Plumber. I will not hesitate to have them back out if another problem arises!

I would totally recommend The Plummer. When other companies were days out, The Plummer was able to come inspect our home and fix our issues the same day that we called them. Hudson listened and was very respectful and informative. He worked hard and gave great quality work. On a side note, we received a text when Hudson was on his way. The text included brief information introducing him to us. I appreciated that detail of costumer service because it helped me feel like I was not letting a complete stranger into my home, but an acquaintance instead. We will definitely call The Plummer again if we ever have a need.

The Plumber AZ provided an outrageous quote to replace a bathroom faucet. It is in s senior living community in a single wide trailer bathroom...faucet is leaking from the spout and needs to be replaced...nothing fancy... and this is the estimate:

This was a classic example of taking advantage of an elderly / senior citizen. Absolutely outrageous that the company would take a job that would cost approx $150 for parts (again, nothing fancy) and ask for $600+ for labor is ridiculous. Unacceptable business model. I DO NOT Recommend.

Love this company, they were quick to respond to a drop in water pressure because of our water softener. They gave us lots of options and replaced the softener. We would use them again and recommend them highly!

Simply put, they were amazing. I find dealing with some contractors to be very frustrating but they showed up on time, they were friendly, they provided the services we discussed and they were honest. We had them install a soft water system, a tankless system and some fixtures. Look no further! We tried 3 other plumbers that were totally booked. Since we had absolutely NO water, we couldn't wait a week for them to respond. We recently had a shower that broke and would not shut off the water. Paul from The Plumber called and said he could show up earlier if needed and when he did the fix only took a few minutes. The Plumber was recommended on NextDoor by my neighbors, so I gave them a call for an outdoor leak coming from my main water line. Their tech Stratton came out that afternoon and wrote up several quotes depending on which option I chose. He answered all my questions before and after the repair, showed me a photo of the underground repair, and cleaned up the area afterwards. No muddy mess left behind for me to clean!

My appointment was at 4p. The plumber arrived at 845p. The cost was $30 more than other quotes. It was the plumber who made the experience and cost worth it. Before him, it seemed like every plumber wanted to take my toilet off and charge an additional $200-$310. He played with the toilet for a sec and did share the additional cost if the toilet had to be removed. He was so confident that it wouldn't be needed, I moved forward. He was done in 15min. Even though it was almost 5hrs after my appointment time I was glad he didn't cancel and that I spent my money with him.

Josh The Plumber was at our home to do a flush of our water heater. He found that it had a leak and the lower heating element was in bad condition. I told Josh that we have a Home Warranty and would now have to contact them since it’s now a major repair. He fully understood and he made some good suggestions about what I should watch for.

The only reason I gave this company a 4 instead of a 5 star is because his pricing was a bit higher than anyone else I got a quote from. But, he was the only one that actually answered the phone, and actually showed up! Are they the cheapest priced, No...but they will get the job done and they are responsive. I had a water pressure issue that I had 3 other plumbing companies try and diagnose. I called The Plumber AZ and explained the issue and frustration and asked for a knowledgeable plumber to diagnose. Josh came out and had it diagnosed as well as fixed in less than 30 minutes and only charged us the service fee. You wouldn’t believe what the other companies told me I needed to do and how many thousands of dollars it might take. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else.

Hudson came out and found the leak. I was expecting to pay for an angle stop replacement plus service, but instead Hudson found the leak was in the line, and was an easy replacement. Service was honest, timely and insightful. I will use this plumbing team in the future.

I had a problem with no hot water from the kitchen faucet. Within a few hours of calling The Plumber, Stratton was here asking questions to determine the problem and checking things out. He suggested that replacing the faucet would solve the problem. He provided quotes and he pointed out that it would be more cost effective for me to shop for the replacement. There was nothing urgent so waiting a few days was no big deal. He offered to schedule the install for the next day but I needed to go buy the replacement. I bought it and scheduled a time for the install. They offered late that same afternoon but I decided to wait for the next day. Both appointments were very prompt - maybe a little bit early. Stratton returned and took care of it all. Everything was cleaned up and we verified the problem was solved. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely thrilled with the work done on my home! Hudson was very experienced and professional. I needed to repair a sink built into our grill that had not worked in several years. The work was extensive and included trenching, drilling into a concrete built in bbq, and removing a huge section of pavers. Not only was the work itself done perfectly but Hudson even took the time to put all the pavers back in place so it didn’t even look like anyone had been there! This was a present for my husband for Father’s Day and it was done BEFORE the projected completion date and at a price well below any of the quotes from other companies. Our water heater had a leak and we called The plumber on Thursday. They helped us check our warranty from when the previous home owner purchased the unit and we found out we had a month of warranty coverage left. Instead of making us pay for a whole new unit, we just had to pay a warranty replacement fee. This saved us over $400. They came out today (Tuesday) to swap the unit. They showed up on time and Jesse gave us a heads up call that he was heading to get our replacement unit and would be heading our way. All work was done with no mess. Jesse is a super cool guy and did a great job! I highly recommend The Plumber for any plumbing needs!

I had a hot water slab leak & needed new pecks
piping re-routed through my attic across the length of my house & through walls. Josh & Hudson were so awesome. I was impressed with their knowledge & professionalism & they explained the process thoroughly. Their pricing was fair for such a big job, too. I was grateful Hudson was able to figure out a way to make the process work with no further drywall cutting than the previous leak detector had done. Josh was great! He came out to check on a water heater issue for us. As our water heater was really old we decided to replace it. He quoted us all the different options, gave his recommendations, and did not pressure us at all. We chose a good water heater and he replaced it that same day including all new pipes and connectors. Had an issue with my home's main water line overnight. I called at 6 in the morning and within an hour, Hudson was at my door. I could not have been more impressed with his knowledge and taking the time to explain the issue. There was a strong possibility an expensive fix was needed, but Hudson was able to save me some money and do a great fix at a reasonable price. Would recommend these guys everyday!

I've used The Plumber several times in the past few years, the owner Josh is extremely professional and timely. All of his staff is equally talented and punctual. They've helped me with leaking pipes, toilet installation, sink installation, RO system maintenance, and drain cleaning. Just recently had a water leak and after quickly assessing the the source of the leak and repairing it, Josh referred me to a wonderful restoration company who not only fixed my problem but assisted me with navigating the insurance claim. I can't say enough good things about The Plumber!!

We are a handicapped, elderly couple, who ran into an issue with our garbage disposal last week. Josh was efficient, arrived quickly, and was incredibly honest and trustworthy. It was just a jam, so he repaired it quickly for us and then told us he wouldn't charge us since it was such a simple fix. Josh spent his time and energy to come out and help us and didn't even ask for payment of any kind. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. It is rare to find someone that is so honest and diligent, and we feel very lucky. Do yourself a favor and hire The Plumber; he's the best one out there.

I would stay away. These were nice guys but they completely botched the estimate and said they could complete a project I had. Half way through the project, once my bathroom was torn apart, they stopped and told me they could not complete the project and that they had messed up the estimate and measurments. They Still charged me an arm and leg and pretty much told me good luck with the rest of it. I'm fortunate to have contacts in the better business bureau to escalate my complaint. It was bad enough that an attorney recommended I go to small claims court to resolve the matter.

Bought new refrigerator and water shut off behind fridge broke when installer was connecting new fridge. Happened around 4pm in afternoon, and regular provider couldn’t make it out till next afternoon; same with another service contacted. Fortunately, Paul with the plumber service came out within about an hour and was able to install a new valve so we could get the water back on for the house. He was very professional and courteous; he also had to figure out how to replace a valve that was a little non-standard due to a prior repair 10 yrs earlier. Anyway, he was able to get everything back together and confirmed no leaks. He forgot to open the valve to fridge prior to leaving (which I could easily have done), but actually returned to the house about 10 min later to open for us and confirm no issues. We are very happy with both the timeliness and quality of the service and will probably look to the plumber as first option next time we need service.

Thankfully the leaks we had are gone and although we hope to never have to call a plumber again for a leak, if we did, it would definitely be calling The Plumber . Josh came out very timely, and was very courteous. He gave me a quote then had Paul come back to install everything quickly and perfectly. Everything was great!

We had Junior come out and repair our kitchen faucet. We had cold water only no hot. He recommended we replace our hot water valve and recommended we also replace our cold water valve as well. He was fast and efficient and even tightened up my loose soft water spigot at the sink as well. We now have hot water and the best water pressure from our sink since we moved here. He answered all our questions and this one is a BIG plus for us he wore his shoe covers properly going in and out of our house. Highly recommend to anyone and will use them in the future. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Super professional and courteous. They told me how to fix my sink problem and educated me about how the pipes work (pipes had to be cleared) and I was able to do it myself. We have had them replace 2 different outside faucets that were worn out, replaced our kitchen garbage disposal that failed, plumbed a new sink, and replaced our failing water heater (purchased a home that was built in '79 in 2020). The amount of effort Hudson made to remove the shower valve cartridge was incredible. We are talking carbide drill bits and a Sawzall. A never say die attitude! The entire assembly was calcified. His additional effort saved having to drill into the drywall to remove the valve. This saved me $500. Highly recommend these guys.

I called The Plumber because I had a leak in the kitchen and also needed a new faucet put in. They had someone out ty home the next day. Sebastian Pino was the young man who came to work on my plumbing. Sebastian was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He got the job done and also checked out the plumbing in the entire house to make sure we wouldn't have any more leaks. He also put in a tankless hot water tank, which we love. Sebastian was thorough and very neat. Cleaned everything up. We are thrilled and will request Sebastian for any of our future plumbing needs.

Jesse did a valve replacement in our shower, and installed new shower diverter and shower head. He was on time, very polite and professional and answered all our questions. The plumber that went out to do the free estimate was rude and condescending. Seemed like he had somewhere better to be. Definitely won’t be using their service, horrible first impression.

After finding a weird fishy odor coming from our hot water, and being frustrated by the response from one of the valley’s big name plumbers, we called The Plumber, and Hudson was able to come out next day. He was great at listening to our concerns, and helping to troubleshoot this unique problem. We are trying out a few things over the coming days to diagnosis the problem but we are confident that we will be able to figure it out after having Hudson come out, and we would highly recommend The Plumber to anyone looking for great service!
