DO NOT GO HERE! I never leave bad reviews but oh my gosh they were terrible! We made an appointment online and then called to verify the time for the Next day they verified and said they would call 30 min before apt. Then we never heard from them the next day. We called after the scheduled time slot to see why they didn’t show and they said the tech assigned to us did not work that day…. They said they would call us the next morning, and they did not. So we called them and they said they could come between 10 and 2. They called us back an hour later saying just so you know it will cost $505 to do the job, without us even explaining what we needed done. All that we needed was for them to come out and look at our water/ sewer line. To make sure we can drain our pool. We tried explaining and the guys just said “yeah that’s what we charge because it will take me at least 3 hours.” Anyways they are non responsive and have terrible customer service.

Got a senior tech, Richard, along with his trainee Cody, to fix an issue from a previous visit. They were very professional and went above and beyond. I was hesitant to let Rotorooter come back after a previous disappointing job, but I’m thankful management sent Richard & Cody.
Richard told me exactly what they needed to do and communicated the whole process and answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable and respectful. The work they did was difficult and it took hours so I’m grateful for their patience and hard work. He made sure everything was working before he left, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with how the shower install came out. Truly exceeded my expectations.

$429 for labor for a $46 dollar part. I found the leak coming from on top of my water heater before work. I turned off the water to stop the leak left for work and called Roto rooter. When the service men came to check the water heater they weren't even competent enough to know I had turned off the water to the heater and told my wife we needed a new water heater!!! Thankfully she had them call me had it not been for that we would've been scammed into buying a new water heater for sure. To their credit they did fix the problem but charged 429 labor on less than 2 hours work and tried to persuade my wife on buying a new water heater without even checking the valve that turns on the water first! Only come here if you don't care about money!

However the company has enacted a very high flat rate that wasn’t in effect the last time we hired this company. They have a 6 month warranty so if there’s problems in that time frame they’ll fix it for free. Excellent service, but definitely more money than we would typically spend for plumbing.

Pretty horrendous day. We had the bathrooms and toilet leak water and a family emergency. We called another company who was going to charge us $200 weekend fee AND on top of that we would need to pay for repair. I called roto router and they said they could have someone by 6pm. The other guy hasn’t showed up so we went ahead with Roto Router. Anthony came with on an hour of calling. He was very kind and explained the process needed to clean the drains and the warranty that came with the job. He also provides us with additional information to follow up with the issue. Definitely using this service again!

At first I was unsatisfied with quality of work the toilet install left water tank wobbly and toilet repair flush was very weak so I called roto rooter regarding the issues. I have been a Facilities Director in hospitals for 30+ years in 6 states and over my entire career I have always used Roto Rooter. Without fail they have always been honest, professional, clean, well spoken, and there was no sign that they had even rebuilt the entire insides of my toilet. The most important part of any plumbing job is the cleanup after the work. Armando was no different either, it was 5 stars all the way across and he was awesome!
Seth the plumber was polite and solved the issue quickly. Mike, the restoration guy has been very helpful in getting our drywall and cabinets pulled out and drying everything as well as keeping is informed about what is going on. The only negative was that roto rooter told me the plumber would be at my house by 10:30 pm, and they didnt show up until 9 am the following day.
Friendly and was quick to get the job done. Although I hope I don’t have to, if I ever need a plumber again, I’ll go with these guys 👍🏼

Mason and Saul came out at the end of a dual bathroom remodel when our drainage test wasn't performing as we'd like for two showers. They charged the regular price and stayed until the water drained properly. We found out we weren't at fault for the clog, but took care of it for our client anyway. They did a great job. Thank you.

I was concerned that the sewage line from my house to the City's line was becoming blocked by tree roots and because of this sewer gas was leaking into my backyard with the smell coming into the house. I contacted Roto-Rooter and Mason and his assistant came out within 45 minutes. They were both very pleasant. They put an antibacterial liquid in the sewer line and also at my request did a scope of the interior and exterior sewer line and found major root intrusion in the rear of the yard. We talked about cutting out the roots and putting a new lining in the exterior and interior line. They gave me an estimate to do the removal of the roots and for a new lining. Had a clog In my bathroom shower and the plumber fixed it quickly and efficiently. He did a great job and was friendly throughout the process. I did have a few questions and he answered all of them. I'll definitely call here again if I have another issue.
