I switched over to Arlan and the Plumbing Joint a few years back and he now handles ALL of my plumbing needs. You will not find a better plumber who is not only qualified, but has the best customer service... He is amazingly fast with his response time and he treats every call professionally no matter how big or small... The pricing is also great as I often have to get multiple bids for my clients and he consistently beats or matches the competition... I don't get a penny for writing this review, but I just get excited when a fellow small business owner is such a business rock star... I would have given him 6 stars if google would let me... Called THS and they came out the next morning. Brian was fantastic, installed smart thermostat and we had to replace transformer because it's an old system. Did some other tests while in the AC and realized compressor was pulling very low amps. Installed a compressor saver. Had all parts ready to go. Will use THS again.

I would highly recommend No worries Rooter. My experience was with Joe; who had terrific customer service. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly (answering every question I had), and was flexible with my schedule during repairs. I will defiantly call Joe for any plumbing needs in the future.

We have used Darrell's Quality Plumbing for years. We have a painfully tight budget. He is honest, fair, and for women, elderly ladies, single, you know how much we worry about letting any male into our home, no need to worry here. You can feel safe with Darrell. He will explain to you so you completely understand. It's not mansplaining if his goal is to make you feel confident and informed of something which you know nothing about. And don't be afraid of asking questions you feel are stupid, no question is stupid in his eyes. It's about helping you make the best informed decision possible. Courteous, kind, professional, understanding, My mother stresses about everything to do with our home, when she sees Darrell, she stops worrying because she knows he is someone she can trust. When it comes to plumbing leak detection, they have a sixth sense. They found a hidden leak in my home that no one else could detect. True professionals!

On time, professional, and reliable. I can always call ox plumbing and know the job with be done right. He doesn’t come, start telling you other “issues” and up sale you. He gets it done right the first time and at an affordable price.

First time we needed a plumber since moving to AZ a year and a half ago. We had no hot water in one of our showers. Checked Google first and found Superstition Plumbing and they had excellent reviews. Gave them a call and Justin was here an hour later (they had just had a cancellation). He had it fixed in less than an hour. Justin was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. When, not if, we need a plumber again, we will be calling Superstition Plumbing. Thank you!

Anytime Home Services was sent out by my home warranty company to repair a hot water heater that was not producing hot water. Turns out a leak had caused the water heater to short out and it needed to be replaced. The water heater was only 18 months old and was covered by warranty.

The repair person told us that for them to do the replacement, they would need to do additional services that totaled $425 and could not do the work unless these services were done as part of the installation. After checking the internet and talking to other repair people, none of the services, such as replacing piping, electrical, were not part of a standard water heater replacement or in this case even needed as they were just done 18 months ago. Worse part is that the home warranty company stood behind them instead of me their customer, and as a result, I also cancelled their contract.

I know repair companies that contract with home warranty companies do not get paid that much, but I feel they were just coming up with work that was not necessary or required to increase their fee that they would get from this job.

Never did business with them. They keep trolling me for a review
