We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Shawn was the tech that was sent to my home for a water leak that was causing the ceiling in the den to bubble up. He was incredible in discovering the origin of leak. Once discovered, he quickly swiped out the wax ring on the toilet, and thoroughly tested his work to ensure the problem was handled. I was very impressed with his professionalism and skill. I highly recommend this company!

The team was friendly and fast. They left zero doubt that they didn't know there job and goal of finishing their job correctly and with speed. I appreciate their time and effort and would suggest anyone to use them when they're looking to repair/replace their AC.

I originally scheduled an appointment for them to come fix my water heater and due to their truck breaking down they had to cancel our appointment and reschedule for a later time. The day they came over they did not call me to confirm the time and I was in the hospital. They showed up and of course I wasn’t there so I ended up getting charged a no show fee of $69. I called to explain that I was in the hospital and spoke with Riley, even offered to provide my hospital paperwork, she said she spoke with the manager and unfortunately they can’t waive the fee and if I want to go with a different company that’s fine. They don’t care. They don’t work with people.

Good company to work for really cares about his employees.

Francisco was awesome. I called after hours on a Friday night. He showed up and did his job while maintaining a very professional and warm attitude. Would highly recommend him and will for sure call again and request him in the future if the need arises. Very pleased with the response to my situation.

I will be honest, idk how the owner answered me at 9:30pm, my master bathroom flooded and the water went into the master bedroom, Michael had someone at my house by 10:30pm to do the clean up, get everything taken care of with home owners insurance and he came to my house the next day and fixed the plumbing. Amazing service! He did let me know that he remodels bathroom, sinks, he has people that paint, and I WILL BE USING his company to remodel my house 🥹❤️

We had such an incredible experience working with Chad and his family! His knowledge is unmatched and has fantastic work ethic and techniques. Chad and I shared a great phone connection and he offered to come assess our bathroom renovation within 48 hours and gave us a quote that perfectly fit our budget! We had been turned off by previous renovations &contractors because they had our bathroom project far outside of our budget. So, when he was able to come to an appropriate and comfortable fit, we booked our project a week out and worked with Home Depot for cost effective parts. He was honest, responsible & educated us where needed. He was very excited for us and our needs of fulfilling a 2.5 year project that was in the works and went above and beyond to ensure that everything measured and fit perfectly. We are grateful for finding the perfect fit, highly recommend. Professional. Timely. Caring.

I had a few honey do’s I let go and I found myself in over my head. I called The Neighborhood Plumber to help me out. He did a great job getting my leaky toilet and sinks fixed. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
