Jay is absolutely great and his knowledge on plumbing services is outstanding. I have used him on multiple projects and plan to continue using him in the future! In the past, he has helped me to install a water heater, water softener, sink, garbage disposal and more. He even has let me join him on the projects!!

We had an appointment with Matt today, 9/23/2022 to reconnect our kitchen plumbing after we had granite installed. He told my husband and I that he would do the job the one week prior. He never showed up, called nor texted. After us texting several times and leaving a voicemail he finally responded with a text “ So sorry I just got back into service area. I must have not put it on the schedule for Tyrel…” Now we have to go days without being able to use our kitchen sink. Very unprofessional. No integrity.

I would strongly recommend Spencer. I needed a service to replace Garbage disposal and he was available first thing in morning. He is so honest that he cleaned it as it was stuck with something and made it work again. He charged bare minimum service fee instead of replacing a new one. He followed up after two days to ensure that it is working. Thank You Spencer !

Came to my house around midnight for an emergency A/C fix. Swapped out a compressor cooling fan in 100 degree heat. Easily a 5 Star Company! Disposal went out... Made a call to Brandon to see when they could be out to replace it. I was expecting maybe next Mon or Tue, since I called on Fri morning. They were able to fit me in between other appointments & we are good to go! Plus, they new exactly what they were doing and were in & out with no issues.
