Ground Zero sent Nathan out to tune up my AC system after I noticed some performance issues. Nathan was fantastic - showed up on time, diagnosed my system, found a capacitor that was barely functioning and not meeting rating requirements. He replaced my capacitor and gave me recommendations on a surge protector to protect and prolong the life of the new capacitor, given how prone my area is to surges during this time of year.I was very happy and will use Ground Zero again in the future!

Austin was my Plumber / Specialist that arrived in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I explained the job needs and he went right to work. I didn’t need to do anything else. He was done in a timely matter. Huge value in my my mind!! The quality was top notch and I was impressed with my experience!! I will recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing all day long!

When the show up the are very nice. our technician can in looked over the job. Could have put in a new disposal but found the problem fix it , repaired my faucet, (forgot what it was suppose to work like) and when he was done , cleaned up and made my place better then when he got there.I would recommend them to anyone in fact sent a friend to this company this morning to have them come to there house!!!Thank you Lawson Family Plumbing!!!!

Our kitchen sink got backed up and the water wouldn’t drain. I called Clutch Plumbing and Josh came out the same day. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was quick and fair with what he charged us. I would recommend Josh for any plumbing need.

People so nice there .

This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

S3 was assigned through my home warranty and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Prompt, thorough, and affordable. I will definitely be requesting them again for any future plumbing repairs.
