Junior was punctual, professional and polite!

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

This company does things right. For years we have had trouble with a drain and paid someone to rotor rooter it. These pros use a camera to view the problem before and after they power blast the pipe. Some of the best customer service I had in years. From first phone call to the finish of the job everyone was professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

This was our first time using Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. I scheduled a tune-up going into the hot summer months since we had just purchased our house and wanted to make sure the unit was operating efficiently. James was our technician. He arrived on time and we got text updates as to when he was heading our way, etc. which I appreciated! James was very professional and did a great job. He let me know of a couple of things that we may need to address down the line with the unit. I know nothing about AC units 😬 and he did a great job of explaining it all to me! I will definitely be using Hansen Family again for plumbing and AC needs.

arrived back from vacation and our heater didn’t work. contacted first thing in the morning and was called within an hour to be notified a repairman was going to be arriving within 2 hours. Was all fixed before 11:00 am. Great service and communication!

I used my home warranty when we had a shower leak that was causing damage to our wall. Dallen and his team called me the next day to schedule and were extremely professional and even tried to do a little troubleshooting over the phone when setting up the appointment. When Dallen showed up he was very professional and even caught a second leak that was coming from our shower that I had not seen before. He fixed both leaks. In todays world it’s rare to find someone who pays attention to detail and fixes all the issues on the first appointment. Lastly, he even took a look at our water softener for me even though there wasn’t any issues with it I just wanted a second set of eyes on it to make sure it was operating properly. I will definitely be calling and referring friends and family for future plumbing needs!!

They handled a significant plumbing problem I had expertly.

Hydro Plumping did an excellent job installing an extra hose bib for our back yard. They took pride in their work were prompt, polite, friendly, and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

My in-laws who are elderly had issue with the plumbing in the bathroom. Mike and Theo (the techs) were able to fix it in a timely manner. They were extremely polite and considerate.

Amazing like what I want

From the perspective of an ex employee: This company is a far cry from what it once was. Keith (the owner) hired me at $18/hr as the highest paid helper. There are multiple techs with more tenure that were making $16/hr. He explicitly said not to tell any other employees how much I was making. Anyway, as field staff I was told to milk customers for as much as possible. There are some good guys in the field but overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Charging people for unnecessary repairs and pulling numbers out of a hat is the name of their game. Apparently graduating from BYU doesn't give you any morals. Hey Keith!

They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
