Had a gas line run Front to back through the attic, did an outstanding job in a miserable place. Out bid some outrageous bids from a couple other plumbers.
Would really recommend for any other plumbing jobs.

I had a few honey do’s I let go and I found myself in over my head. I called The Neighborhood Plumber to help me out. He did a great job getting my leaky toilet and sinks fixed. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Went above and beyond after I supplied a dented prebought H2O heater, price was right and came out immediately! Perfectly done!

Had to have my replace my 16 year old Gad water heater. Called the company and someone came out within an hour and replaced it on the spot. Definitely would recommend, very friendly and informative!

Shane was extremely professional, punctual and courteous. He replaced 5 bathroom faucets as well as our kitchen faucet at a reasonable cost. We wished we would’ve found him sooner. We will certainly use his services again whenever needed. Highly recommended.

During the month of May, we had multiple plumbing issues (i.e., replace washer shut-off valves, kitchen faucet shut-off valves, hot water heater, and main shut-off valve; fix leaking tub faucet). We were in desperate need of finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. We did find a good plumber through a recommendation. He completed 3 out of the 6 projects.

Shane came into the picture when we were researching online and looking for a second opinion on the water heater. Through our conversation with him, we felt that Shane really stood out as someone with integrity, honesty, and straightforwardness.

We thought we needed to have our 4-year-old water heater replaced because we couldn't get it to drain. However, Shane asked us some questions over the phone and figured out that our water heater was fine; he also taught us how to get it to drain, all without charging us a penny or pushing for a sale.

We were very appreciative and really wanted him to do the remaining projects. When Shane came, he did a thorough diagnostic and told us that we did not need to replace our main shut-off valve.

The leaking tub faucet was an unfinished project left by another plumber from August 2022. After several attempts to contact the original plumber, we gave up and decided to DIY it. We asked Shane for his opinion about the replacement part we'd purchased. We were pleasantly surprised when he offered to take a look at it for us. He ended up fixing it and charged hardly anything for it.

I wish I had known about Shane back in August last year. I would have hired him to do everything. Even though we were highly satisfied with the plumber who completed the 3 projects in May, we will use Shane from this point on. We have been and will continue to recommend him to everyone we know.
