Great experience with Mark and his team! Wanted to get a water softener installed, and a lot of the competitors wanted to pressure me into buying one through them and also quoted insane labor prices. This business is a class act. I contacted Mark almost a year ago for a quote on a water softener, and some other improvements, and when finally ready, I called him back and he said he would honor his original quote. The price was very fair and beat several others we had researched in the time since the quote. We scheduled installation of the softener just a few days out, and Mark arrived as scheduled, giving me notice when he was on his way, and installed the softener in good time. He provided great instructions on use and maintenance, and I felt more like a friend than just a quick customer. When I need a plumber, I know who to call--Mark makes this an easy decision.

Water went out on Thursday evening. We called the original plumbing company that installed it, and they told us they were booked out 2 weeks and should try another company. Got ahold of Top Notch and they were out early the next day. The Technician was courteous, respectful and fast. He evaluated our problem, explained the necessary repair and had a new water heater, new tray, and fixed the other necessary plumbing all installed in 2 and a half hours. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

Reached out to the plumber in the morning and they were at the house ready to go within the hour. Told me what was wrong and fixed it right up for a very affordable price. The plumber was very nice and taught me a lot about what went wrong and some other issues I should look out for going forward. Checked some of my other pipes and gave me good advice. 5 stars for prompt response and efficient and courteous staff. 0 stars for nearly $300 to replace a faucet cylinder. Emergency rates aren't unique to this business, but I always feel like a fool afterwards.

I called and left a message explaining that my son's shower would not turn off. I was called back immediately and told that he'd be there within 2 hours. Mark had the leak fixed within 2 hours. He also took the time to check and see if my water softener was functioning correctly and showed me how to turn the water off to the house in case I ever have another emergency. I really appreciated the quick response and extra level of service he provided.

Very nice men but they're not supposed to fix a leaky valve; told me to get a landscaper. I thought the leak was caused by a broken pipe--but no such thing.
Guys were very friendly and explained why they are not supposed to handle that type of problem.

I woke up to a wet bathroom floor due to a leak under the sink. Top Notch was able to come out same day (within just a few hours) and took care of the issue. The price was very fair and less expensive than I was expecting. This was the second time I've used Top Notch and I definitely recommend them!

They answered quickly and said a technician would need they on 30 to 40 minutes. 10 minutes later Mark from Top Notch Plumbing showed up and was on it. He quickly discovered the issue, put in a fix and saved the day. Best service, best plumbers around. These guys know what they are doing. Got a problem, don't hesitate to call. I called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he answered his phone. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was willing to replace it right away. Mark checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty. He called me back in just a few minutes and told us that the warranty ended back in August 2018. Mark seemed to know his business and he was very helpful on the phone. He answered every question I had about the quality of different water heaters and possibly upgrading to a 75 gallon tank. Very professional business. I have used their services three times now and most recently had them replace a toilet. They were quick, professional, tidy (took away the old toilet and the box the new one came in, cleaned up after completion of the job) and did the little extra things like caulking around the base of the toilet after installation. These reasons and for their courteous, professional manner I will recommend them to friends.

UPDATED*** I Have used them on four sperate occasions and each time they are professional, polite, qualified, fair priced and last but not least - tidy when done. They really are a good group of professional plumbers. The most recent job they did (replacing a busted pipe in my ceiling) was $60 less than what was quoted. So they could have hit me with a bigger bill but they showed their integrity.

I had an emergency as I had water leaking and I did not know the reason. I called Top Notch and Gavin came out even sooner than they stated he would be able to. He was super quick to diagnose the issue and even took the time to speak to my home warranty company about the diagnosis. He was able to get the water heater replaced within an hour and I was back up and running again before the problem became a huge flood and larger problem. I would highly recommend working with Top Notch as they are truly, well, top notch!

Mark at Top Notch is awesome! Our toilet was having issues and I reached out to Mark on Yelp - he was quick to respond and come out. We decided to have the toilet replaced and Mark picked up the toilet of our choice from the store and installed it two days later. Couldn't be happier with Top Notch and now I have my go-to plumber that I'll use for all our future plumbing needs.

We realized our hot water heater wasn’t working. Within 40 minutes, Gavin arrived at our house and diagnosed the problem. Our hot water heater was old, and so we decided to just replace it. Gavin was extremely kind, quick, and left the workspace clean. All said and done, I think from our phone call to completion of work was only 2.5 hours. We will be loyal customers for a long time.
