About a month ago had a leak under my sink and a loose faucet handle. It was fixed. Unfortunately the handle loosened up and started to leak. Mike came back out fixed the handle again at no charge. I love everything about this company. You stand by yourwork.

Mike is a stand up guy, came over to my house in literally a few minutes notice to fix a problem. It was a pleasure to meet him and he earned every piece of my plumbing business in the future.

I had a water heater for 5 years, I paid to have it flushed and maintenance. 30 days later the entire unit fails and starts leaking everywhere. I call back and explain I just had the unit maintenanced last month, it’s only 5 years old. They explain a water heater can go out at any time even though average time is 7-10 years. I find it odd that I never have a leak, schedule maintenance and it breaks 35 days later on a 5 year old unit.

Mike does amazing work. He fixed our sump pumps and rodded our overhead sewers. Responded quickly too!

We can’t thank Mike and Able plumbing enough for their service! We were concerned about a water pressure issue and Mike came within the hour for an assessment!! He then spent over an hour helping fix other little problems and offering solutions as I ran him around the entire house. (And he even noted a couple others along the way) He was prompt to send a quote and was did not pressure to schedule the job. When we did make the call his schedule was accommodating, communication clear and work completed as expected. He then took time to walk us through each job to explain what he had done and even provided part specific education. Thanks again for being our plumber!

Mike came out to my commercial facility and quickly determined exactly what the problem was. He fixed what others tried to and could not. I have not had the problem reoccur since. He called to confirm his appointment prior to arriving and he showed up right on time. His price was more than fair and he even swept up after he completed the job.

Able Plumbing was recommended to us by our relator. We had just purchased a house and along with it came a handful of kitchen plumbing issues. I called Able Plumbing late Friday afternoon and we had a plumber, Mike, at the house Saturday morning. In the past I have dealt with plenty of lousy plumbers. Mike was not one of them. He listened to the problems I had and gave clear advice and recommendations on how to fix them. He did the work quickly and the price was incredibly reasonable for the work he preformed. I would not hesitate to recommend Able Plumbing Solutions to friends and family.

I had several plumbing needs around my house that I'd been putting off for awhile (replace water softener, replace hose bibb, replace kitchen faucet, and replace bathroom faucet and spout). I called Able Plumbing; Mike came out and gave an estimate, and a couple weeks later came back to do the work. I really appreciated his willingness to spend a little extra time and effort making sure all jobs were done right. As a single woman, I sometimes dread dealing with repair people, who may be men that want to talk down to you or take advantage. Mike had no drama, very professional and thorough. And did all the work at a price that I considered very reasonable. I would definitely recommend, and use Able Plumbing again in the future.

Mike went out of his way to come help us when I was traveling and our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. He was prompt, polite, and even showed my wife how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. A++

I just can't say enough good things about this company! The girl that answers the phone is really nice and was very accommodating. The plumber that was sent was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend these guys!

Service was good but we were quoted at a cheaper price compared to what we were charged prior to the service call. The technician was a great individual, knowledgeable and kind but very talkative and dependent on my own inspection of his work, which distracted me from my little ones at home and dinner I attempted to prepare. I ended burning the food I was preparing for dinner and the technician's dependency also distracted me by grabbing the wrong checkbook for payment (which ended up bouncing, then was charged by the bank and an attempted $50 charge by Able, which I was thankfully able to negotiate with them). However, working with other plumbers in the past, I hadn't had a plumber so dependent on me being there to almost supervise the work being done before. All-in-all, the job was done well, but I believe there are more affordable plumbers in the valley that can provide the same quality of work with less dependency of the homeowner being there to supervise. If you need a last-minute service call in the Gilbert area, this company will suffice, but if you are able to plan a service ahead of time, I recommend doing a little research to find a more affordable plumber that will also provide quality service.

Your below than average industry price is actually quite a bit more expensive than other plumbers I have met and used in the past who did not rely on my constant supervision of their work. I agree being informed of all attributes of the service is ethical but that does not mean I should have to provide my presence for the plumber constantly, especially having young children in the household, too. None of this was overwhelming but rather inconvenient for me and mindless of the plumber. Furthermore, I found it to be coincidental that the two times I was able to leave the bathroom to allow the plumber to work on his job I would be informed of something being broken and what made me smirk was when I was told I would need to replace my entire toilet because it was wobbly. Additionally, the plumber went on and on about how low my water pressure was (he said it was around 45 PSI), so then he took the liberty to increase the pressure. The City of Gilbert this last week stopped by to replace my water meter, so I asked them to check the water pressure and it was back up to 80 PSI, when it should actually be at 60-65 PSI; so they lowered it back down for me. The point is, I feel invaded and lied to, and as much as your explanation of the service may seem to justify the service that was conducted at my residence, I will take my business elsewhere next time and do not plan to recommend this company for services. Thank you.

These guys are the best ever. Long story short, after some other place wanted to charge 12K and a different place wanted to charge 24K to basically tear apart my home for what turns out is overkill. Mike was honest, thorough, and broke down his knowledge into terms me and my non plumber wife could understand. He gave us the rundown and a plan of action and he will be my first and only call for the rest of my life for any plumbing needs. Do yourself a favor and call these guys and you'll be better off for it!!!!!

I am very pleased with the work done on my house. I have a new softener, a new RO system, and so on. Mike was very good at what he did for me. I tried to help a little but probably got in the way. All in all a top notch job done for me.

Mike and Allie make the whole experience as painless as possible. Allie schedules the appointments with a professional friendly personality. Then unlike most plumbers mike shows up when he is suppose to. On time. Makes knowledge is second to none he is professional friendly and a pleasure to have do the work. We would like to thank Mike for his detailed and thorough service today. We have an issue with our electrical tankless water heater not producing hot water and he assessed the full unit. He gave a detailed explanation of what caused the issue with the unit and ordered the parts for us. He also provided insightful information regarding our water quality and made recommendations to prevent a problem in the future. Although the issue is not fixed yet, I feel very confident that Mike will fix the problem once the parts arrive. We will definitely recommend and use their services again in the future.

My water heater died and I need a fix quick because water was leaking everywhere. Able Plumbing replaced my old, failing, out of compliance heater with a 50 gallon heater for the same price as the 40 gallon. The service was fast and high quality. I'm glad I found Able Plumbing. I don't want any more plumbing problems, but when the inevitable happens, I know who I'm calling. If you're looking for an honest, good company to hire, this is it.

Mike and everyone I have worked with at Able Plumbing have been kind and great to work with. They do excellent work and the prices are super reasonable. We had an outside fireplace no one else could fix and Mike came out and was able to fix it! We were able to use it for our Christmas Celebrations, it added that extra little touch. He was also just here repairing a couple urinals and gave great advice on how to maintain them.

I run a Veteran Non-Profit called Operation Shockwave and one of our Veterans was in a bad jam with a pluming issue that flooded his front yard with sewage. Mike was quick to respond to this Veteran's home to fix the issue and even deal with the property manager who was not friendly at all. Thank you Mike and Able Plumbing Solutions for your promptness and passion to assist our Veterans.

The plumber came over and couldn't find the leak and was about to start drilling into the wall without talking to me about pricing. I asked him and he said the price per hour on a Saturday is ($240). He then immediately started drilling a hole in the wall before I had a chance to think about the price. He ended up lying about the price per hour and charged me $330 for one hour. He temporary fixed the problem and said he needed to come out again on a non Saturday because it will take another four hours to complete. That's a lot money to just temporary fix the problem. I ended up using White Water Plumbing to finish the job and they completed the job in less than an hour and half the regular hour rate of Able Plumbing Solutions. The plumber stated that he didn't know why the plumber didn't just fix the problem since he was basically done. I totally got swindled. Needless to say I won't be using Able Plumbing in the future and learned a expensive, but valuable lesson. Very dishonest!

I called Able Plumbing for a leak coming from around the water heater. Plumber came I showed him water was leaking in laundry room and the garage all around the water heater. Main water valve was off to prevent further water damage. Plumber immediately drained and disconnected heater without giving me a quote for a replacement(later found out once it was out of my garage it would be $900-1000). Plumber said he sees these heaters leak all the time. I asked where is the leak coming from and he said it’s impossible to locate the leak from the tank. I trusted his professional opinion for a replacement. He took my old heater to dump it and get a new one. I was skeptical that it was the water heater so while he was gone I turned the main water valve on and realized there was still a leak. As someone with no plumbing experience at all, it took me less than 5 minutes to locate the leak, cut a hole in the drywall, and visually see the pipe in the wall leaking water. I immediately called able to let them know what I found. A few minutes later he came back and said my heater is gone and already dumped. He ended up leaving to get my water heater. He brought it back scraped up and damaged. He asked for payment for a service charge and left me worse than I was before I called him(still have a leak and now a damaged water heater).

Next day I called able plumbing asking for a supervisor to discuss this issue. The same lady I scheduled the service with answered and handed the phone over. Mike answered saying he is the owner. I explained the situation. The entire phone call mike purposely attempted to deceive me. Mike is the plumber and he also owns the company. During the phone call mike acted like he “discussed this issue with the plumber yesterday” and had me explain everything that happened to him even though he knew exactly what happened since he was there. I said I wanted him to make it right and bring my situation back to how I was before he came to my house. I wanted my money back and a non damaged water heater. He said absolutely no way will he replace my water heater and that he will send me a check for a refund. He then finally was honest with me saying that he was the guy at my house and that he is also the owner. He also told me to never call this number again. Mike also tried blaming his mistake on me saying that I “self diagnosed” the issue and since I said it was the water heater leaking then he won’t spend the time looking into it further. As a professional it is his job to properly diagnose and fix the issue.

Completely unprofessional company. Mike acted like a child when I called him. Unable to own up to his mistake and make it right. I received my refund but mike left my house in worse condition than he found it

Excellent job done by Mike! He fixed a broken wax seal on our toilet and repaired a common issue with our Delta bathtub faucet (which had been broken for years), all in under an hour. Very professional work, and priced fairly!

Be careful to understand all the Nickel and Diming this company does BEFORE job is started . In writing. Actual bill was 300% higher then quoted on phone with no scope of work change. Straightforward simple snake/ drain clear routine. No prep No cleanup, ready to go for plumber. Something we know as routine for our home every 5 - 7 years.

Mike is wonderful. He serviced my water heater and when I asked him about the RO system in my kitchen, he asked to take a look and offered to get it running for me. I will never call any other plumber. Thanks Mike!

I rarely submit reviews, but my experience with Able Plumbing left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer and I believe others need to be aware of what to expect. Here are just a few of the things I dealt with when having a small laundry list of items worked on by Mike (owner/operator) in my new fixer-upper home: Two missed appointments (one a no-show entirely); Being told I would receive discounts for the appointment issues and not receiving as promised; Dealing with a poor office/communication system where not only were appointment times mixed up, but the bill didn't arrive until several weeks later to a family member's email address rather than mine; Work being completed very slowly and incorrectly the first time, which then had to be completed again - all of which I paid the time for; Mike continuously trying to up sell me on new items/models and making negative comments about the water softener and other things I purchased, as well as comments about not knowing how they worked because they were so low quality; Mike leaving to get supplies despite knowing the job at hand and my stating he could wait until the next day he planned to come back - again, with me having to pay for that time he was gone; and to top it off, just a really poor attitude and customer service mindset.

I have a general contractor who has been doing other things in my home, and he stated that he could have completed all of the work that Mike did in less than two hours. With Mike, I was charged for 5 hours plus a service charge plus lots of misc. odds and ends for supplies.

I will say that as far as the work completed, everything appears to be in working order (after, of course, he had to redo a few things) and has been for about a month.

I happen to live in the same neighborhood as Mike, and was treated as an afterthought. Maybe others have had great experiences, but if I were to do it over again I wish I could have just gone with someone else entirely.

After seeing reviews and recommendations for Able Plumbing Solutions LLC on facebook, we called them about a plumbing problem and they sent someone out that day. Their plumber, Michael, was professional and friendly. He took care of the water leak and replacement of our tub faucet as well as replacing a valve in our master bathroom. A new tub faucet trim kit was needed as well. We have had issues in the past with plumbers and we were wary of trying someone new. Now we have a new and trusted company in Able Plumbing Solutions and will call them when we need any other work done. We also will definitely recommend them to friends and family. GREAT WORK AND REASONABLE PRICING!

Super polite and efficient. They worked directly with my home warranty company, which made it easier on me not dealing with multiple companies. Mike came out and found the problem (there was a clog down the line that caused the water to back up) and not only did he fix it, but he tested it several times to make sure the clog was gone for good! He was super clean and friendly. He explained everything he did and then offered suggestions for future repairs with zero pressure to get it done now. He was really super in telling me what to watch out for in the future. I will absolutely call them the next time I need a plumber.
