We decided to have an RO system installed in the house to have access to cleaner water rather than just drinking the city water filtered through the refrigerator filter. I reached out to C&S about this and upon talking with chad he informed me that the supplier he used also offered an alkalinity filter and that really peaked my interest. Chad gave me some more information about the supplier and how they systems are assembled in house and bench tested for Over 24 hours, after all the Information given I had heard all I needed to and decided to have him order the system. Today, Chad and his co worker showed up and Chad brought all the stated parts and necessary tools to perform and complete the job PLUS some, Chad thought ahead and brought extra waterline to give us the option to have an additional line ran to the refrigerator so that not only would the water be alkaline but, so would the ice cubes, the fact that he did that to give us the option shows that he really did hear what I needed and what I was looking for.

I will not have any other plumbing companies do any work for us and will definitely be recommending C&S to friends and family as well as reaching back out for future jobs.

What started out as a Sunday afternoon DIY Project in my shower, quickly turned into an emergency situation requiring shutting off the water to my house. After searching the internet for ideas on how to repair, I called a couple of plumbing companies trying to get someone out there immediately. No one was available for several hours and fees quoted for an emergency call were so expensive I was discouraged, until I called C & S Family Plumbing, I spoke directly with the Owner Chad, he assured me he would head over after finishing the emergency call he was already working on. He texted me 30 minutes later and said he was headed to my home. He arrived exactly when he said he would, he had all necessary tools and parts on his truck, he completed the job in a little over an hour, charged me a very reasonable price, left my house clean of any debris. He is definitely my go to plumber now and I look forward to him helping with some maintenance items around the house.

Can’t recommend this company enough!!!! Water heater started leaking pretty bad so I had to shut the main off and made a few calls to get someone out. Not only was this company the only one to have a real person answer after hours but Chad is the most professional and knowledgeable person out there. He was able to come out and swap in a new water heater THAT NIGHT! Not only that but he also diagnosed a few other things he found and informed me, Absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever but he just wanted to make us aware of the issues. Because of that we had him come back to take care of the other issues another day. The service and ethics are UNBEATABLE. You will regret not calling C&S Family Plumbing first.

The best plumber in the Valley. Responsive, Priced fair and honest and very quick to get your problem solved. Have had a Water heater installed by him 10/10, fixed my Shower same day I called him when it broke and water to the house had to be shut off, saved my marriage by getting the wifes evil twin out of the drains and finally talking her into not using chemicals in the drain anymore. I could go on and on. If you want a trust worthy and great plumber look no further.

Chad and Neil are both amazing at what they do. Very thorough and responsive. Chad accommodated our timeframes fixing our both bathroom showers plumbing, new valves and setting our new bath tubs regarding their busy schedule , so we can stay on our remodeling schedules.
