We thought we had a plumbing leak so we asked around and were referred to call Jim’s plumbing now. I’m so glad we did. James’s was our plumber initially and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that he was looking at. He used a camera and identified several areas of concern and explained the process of what he was doing and what was found as well as providing itemized quotes for the separate repair recommendations. He took his time and was thorough. Very grateful to find a plumbing company that cares and pays attention to detail.

Update: We elected to fix our clean out which was cracked so we could do a hydrostatic test and confirm if we had any leaks beneath our foundation. I started digging the clean out myself because I’m stubborn and cheap (I definitely don’t recommend doing this on your own) but realized I was going to need some professional help when I ran into concrete and inadvertently severed the water line running to an outside faucet.

I called Jim’s plumbing again and they sent Keith to fix my mistake within a couple hours. They also got me on the schedule asap and sent out an excavation crew the next day. Then Keith from Jim’s plumbing came out and finished did an amazing job that evening! Very meticulous, great communication, and easy to talk to. 100% satisfied with his work and professionalism.

We had our foundation on our home repaired, during final inspection they found water leaks. They referred us to Jim's Plumbing, it doesn't get any better than Jim's Plumbing!!! My hot water shut off on Sunday evening due to water leaking into the pan under my tankless heaters and a circulation pump. I called Jim’s Plumbing at 8:15am on Monday since I could not get an appt until 3 days later with another plumbing company. I spoke to Joe who said someone would show up between 1 and 3pm. Chris showed up after I received a text message. He diagnosed the problem, told me the cost of the repair and went out to get parts. He finished real quick and my hot water is back up and flowing.

I had an issue with my HVAC overflow and my normal AC company wanted to completely rework the drainage and overflow which was going to be quite expensive. I reached out to Jim’s plumbing and they sent James Brock who was AMAZING! He was very thorough in his investigation, and provided education to me on what was going on and various options to consider, and together we came up with a great solution. He was even able to do the repairs right on the spot. He took video and pictures of the work as he went, and I felt incredibly confident in the work he completed and am very happy with the service. Jim's Plumbing Now was called to inspect the pipes under our 46 year old house after our foundation repair was completed. James came out promptly the same day of completion. They found a very corroded pipe which needed to be replaced. James thoroughly explained what the problem was and the steps recommended to fix it. There were no surprises with the work or the charge for the work.

Fabulous experience. Nothing like the “big guys” out there. Was worried about pricing - but pleasantly surprised. Plumber gave price range of best to worst case scenario and came in on exactly that price.

Victor was very nice. Jim’s plumbing now is the company that was recommended after an independent leak tester failed our sewer system following foundation repair. They should not have placed a two way clean out on cast iron pipes to complete a retest. They should have been up front, honest and said, your pipes will likely fail leak test, they are cast iron and 60 years old…instead they walked away with several thousand dollar.

Update: Joe reached out. I don’t know how this will impact homeowners with cast iron pipes now or in the future. However, I was able to express that I felt they were the experts and should know better. I did upgrade to two stars because I was able to express how I felt about their responsibility/honest to homeowner with cast iron pipes.

Today was an assessment, estimate, and scheduling process. The work is to be completed in coming days. Very impressed with the openness, knowledge, and professionalism of Zach and his helper Tyler. Nerve wracking to go through the vetting, cost, etc. and Zach helped alleviate some of that anxiety.

Jim's did excellent work. Our plumber, Chris, was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained the purpose of the tests he was running and what the results meant. Our original date and time had to be rescheduled, so they offered us a substantial discount on the leak test. I will absolutely be giving them more of my business and recommending them to others.

When we discovered there were leaks under our house, we hardly knew where to begin. After searching reviews of local plumbing companies, we called two. Jim's Plumbing Now was very professional and they sent Victor out promptly to begin to assess. After meeting with him, we felt completely confident that he could repair the leaks. We had lots of questions and he answered every one of them with patience. He clearly explained our options and helped us make a good decision. It was a two week process, but Victor kept us in the loop all the way through. The workers who dug tunnels and rerouted the plumbing worked long hours to get things back on track for us, and they did a good job of cleaning up. We highly recommend Jim's Plumbing Now for their competent employees, quick response and for putting us at ease during a stressful time. You are in good hands with Victor!

I drive from Denton to central Dallas twice in the poring rain to meet these guys. The first day they never called me to tell me they had rescheduled. I called them one hour and a half into the 4 hour window and only then did Dustin mention a reschedule. Drove back home. Came back today for another four hour window wait and this time two hours into the four hour window they show up. The dugout is beneath a wooden deck in the backyard. They didn’t have a drill to remove 4 screws so we could access the dugout: I told them I could t find mine and as they were leaving, I found one in my truck under the back seat. This all took place in about a 6-7 minute window. They told me they couldn’t help me unless I rescheduled for around 4-5pm today. Yeah right Mr. Jim. You guys don’t care about good service then I don’t care about using you period.

I had Jim’s out to get a second opinion because the first plumber and two foundation companies couldn’t figure out what was going on. Victor came out and found the problem right away. He answered all my questions, and was awesome. I’m so grateful I called. They will be the only company I’ll call and use going forward.

Yesterday I had Jim’s Plumbing install two faucets and drains in master bath and replace tub spout in guest bedroom. They were there for 2 hours. $975! 2 hours of work for $975. They didn’t wear booties and tracked in mud. Their footprints are on my hardwood floors. Not impressed.

Victor arrived on time, prepared, his office had given him notes on everything needed. I had questions about several other things and that was not a problem, he addressed them, helped me to understand how the repairs would be completed. His estimate was detailed and he was very organized, set up expectations for completion time, etc. Very impressed him, the communication between the office line overall everyone was a perfect 10.

All I can say is WOW!! Victor came to my daughters house to fix a garbage disposal that had fallen off due to improper installation by a warranty company. Keith came out last week to address a sewer line issue and was awesome. He was gracious enough to tackle a surprise leak that popped up in the house the same day too. Super helpful and reasonably priced, going to be my go-to plumbers now.

Victor came out to my house to take a look at a project I was doing for my tub, and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was also very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond and took a look at my shower that was having a leak which we thought was previously resolved by another plumber and found out what the issue was within minutes. He was able to clearly identify and show me the issue with the shower and what went wrong. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable he was. Not the first or last time we will have these guys out to our home. They are so responsive and usually can get out same day. Jeremy was at our home today to fix a blockage in our kitchen sink pipes. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very helpful and gave good advice on how to keep our old pipes in good shape!
