In this day of finding contractors who are on time, pleasant and professional and do as they say will and do things with no surprises or additional costs, we could not be more pleased with Chris Wilson and his Company. Being an absentee owner you need to have people who you can trust and Chris and his staff have been above reproach for everything we have had him do from replacing an entire gas line and handling the City permits and approvals to simply replacing a broken garbage disposal. They have been a pleasure to have and rely on.

My kitchen sink was backed up despite my own attempts to fix it. I called Wednesday at 11:10a and Israel and Israel were here in an hour! They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone needing honest and hardworking people!

Excellent service from Paul and Chris. I called several plumbers and this company was the only one who could get someone out the next day... it was 5:54pm when I called so I can understand why same day was not an option. Not only were these guys very professional and polite ... they were also at my house by 8:15 am. They took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with our water heater and how it could fixed or replaced. They also suggested I call the manufacture GE to see if the replacement part could be mailed to me for free and it was. They will be definitely be the company I call when the replacement part comes in tomorrow and if I ever need a plumber in the future.- Emily's Parents

It is difficult to find honest businesses nowadays. Today, I was pleasantly surprised by the Mr. Wilson plumber sent to fix a clog in my bathroom. Every so often our plumbing will back up and it will create a mess in the tub! Not a pretty sight, but the plumber came into the house and quickly analyzed the problem. He used a plunger to unclog the tub and then he showed me that the problem was fixed by flushing the toilet numerous times and running the water in the tub at the same time. He said the problem did not seem to be a clogged line because the amount of water that ran through the line had already reached the main drain. The big surprise! He did not charge me! In the past, I have had plumbers come in and do nothing special and charge me a full service fee. Yet, the plumber said he did not do anything special and since he did not have to use his special equipment there was no charge! Thank you Wilson Plumbing for restoring my faith in honest businesses! You have won my loyalty and if I ever have any plumbing issues, I will be sure to dial Wilson Plumbing first and foremost! Thanks again!

I just moved to Lubbock and was in need of a plumber for my moms house. I was given Mr Wilson's plumbings number and read the good reviews. The team, Israel square, show up promptly and not only do they have a great personality but they gave out a sense of honesty. I am very happy with their professional work and their all around honesty. I am so thankful I made this call.

I made the worst mistake of calling another plumbing company first (Churchwell Plumbing). The first company came out, did no work, and charged me. I had no plumbing for nearly three days. I called Mr. Wilson's plumbing and Israel & Israel came out. They are awesome and personable! They made sure I was taken care of and being 6 months pregnant with no plumbing, it was a relief. They were at my house within 30 minutes of calling and got the job done so quick. I was so worried that it would be impossible, but they made it happen! I won't be using any other plumbing company as long as Israel & Israel are in the plumbing business.

I just found out today what “Mr. Wilson’s Plumbing” did to my 80 year-old mother. Her toilet was leaking and she needed a new wax seal put in. She was charged $450.00 for this simple job that I could have done myself in less than an hour. The man first told her the charge would be $589, and when she balked he said that he was just kidding, and told her the price would “only” be $450.00. Unfortunately I don’t live in Lubbock, so she had to call a plumber. I believe the man who did this took advantage of an older person by grossly overcharging her for this simple job. I would never use “Mr. Wilson’s Plumbing” if my life depended on it, and I am sure she will never call them again either.

Great quality and decent prices...used lower priced one time with name brand building supply major store, and regretting it still, as idiots broke my sink... should have used Mr. Wilson's that time too... learned HARD lesson...will use Mr Wilson's every time from now on, instead of trying to go bargain basement plumber, as he messed up whole bathroom, the one cheaper time...if only I could do over...

Called on a Sunday evening for drain isssues.
The drain tech showed up with in 45 of my call.
I had serious issues with the drains and tree roots. He took the time to fix the problem and even helped mop up the mess that started before he got here!!!
They did an amazing job and saved my weekend

I called this morning because of some issues I was having with my plumbing, Isreal and Isreal came out fix my issues and where both very professional and friendly. I am so glad I found this company on the internet! The price was amazing and they did an A+++ job! Will use again if I have any future plumbing problems, they also told me how to fix my problem if it ever happend again! I am so happy with the two of them and thankful for the amazing work they did! Chris from Mr. Wilson's plumbing was professional, honest, ethical, and he did excellent work on repairing a slab leak in my home. He took his time and went out of his way to make sure this repair was done right and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He could have taken short cuts, but he did not and he repaired the slab leak with no visible damage. He could have cut the hole in the hallway which would have been much easier for him as the leak was underneath a wall in the hallway, but I had new flooring put down recently and he did not want to mess it up. Instead, he cut the hole in my bedroom which has carpet and went dug underneath the hallway and wall to access the leak and repair it. I highly recommend Mr. Wilson's Plumbing! They will not disappoint! They are also very fast and extremely reasonably priced!!

Chris and Erik both were great. They were very professional, helpful and explained every detail of service. I highly recommend them. They came out, cleared the lines, added a new mainline drain, and cleaned up afterwards. Lastly they made important calls to the right people and we are grateful for that.

Had work done, and the guy could have avoided a mess if he taken his time but he didn't. I was left to clean up and sanitize after (it got all over the walls)

I called these guys because of a neighbor recommendation and happened to be the cheapest plumbers that I had called. They came out and brought Ethel(the augur) and did the job perfectly. I had other plumbers come out and say that we didn't have any roots in our pipe and only used a regular 50ft snake with a regular spiral head. Mr Wilson's crew came out, with Ethel with a proper cutter head and found roots the first time through. The other plumbers just blamed my wife and her feminine products' that I know isn't the problem. These guys are the pros you are looking for, for the price you are looking for. They even helped me with my bathroom drain I have been having trouble with snaking myself by showing me how to snake the drain properly, free of charge because I did it myself with my own equipment. These two guys were super nice, respectful, helpful and extremely professional. I can't recommend them enough! 10/5 stars!

I work most of the week during business hours, so my wife deals with a lot of the Monday to Friday stuff. Every time we need this company they are exceptional with my wife and daughter. Very respectful and honest. Just recently we thought we were having toilet issues and called Wilson's out. He checked out everything and couldn't find an issue. Didn't charge us a dime and easily could have, but didn't take advantage. This speaks volumes..., Honesty!!. Well done Wilson's! You will continue to be our go to for all our needs. Thank you to the tech that came out. You sir are a gentleman. I appreciate and respect your professionalism.

These guys came right away. they went right to work and fixed my bad leak under my sink!! I was tired of switching out pots and pans under the sink. Replaced my valves and replaced old pipes and removed my old garbage disposal and disconnected non working dishwasher all in one call! They were done within an hour and I was able to get back to work on time! didn't have to wait all day for them and came out exactly at the time they said they would. To me they're uncle wilsons plumbing.

Fantastic service. Called the day after Christmas. They showed up quickly and had my drains running within 30 minutes. Israel was very personable and super nice. The prices are reasonable also. I will definately call them back.

Chris came to my home to snake my clean out because it was backing up in my toilet and shower, this was on a Friday. Granted he did pull out roots I expected for that to cure my problem. Unfortunately it did not, however he was willing to come back out on Sunday to run the snake again at no charge. Well here I am back on the following Saturday and I have the same situation. He made it clear that he couldn't come out at no charge again if the problem reoccurred. I understood his intent but my thing is if he would have done his job correct he wouldn't have have b to come out the second time and I wouldn't have had to call out another plumber to finish what he started. I paid him in full and my job should have been done completely.
