I needed an emergency installation of a water heater. Carlos with Impact responded immediately by phone, not a text. He was professional and was able to install my water heater the next day. Although his quote was not the least expensive, I decided that I would be more comfortable using a professional that excelled in communications and customer service. He arrived on time, explained the process and completed the job in just over 2 hours. I was extremely happy with the service that Carlos with Impact Plumbing provided. I will be using this company again.

Super responsive, great communication and helpful. Very easy to work with, and a comfortable team. Due to a tempermental water heater, they came out several times, and quickly replaced the unit once it finally decided to didn't want to be repaired.

I had both my toilets back up at my dad’s house while he was in the hospital. The customer service was off the chart. They were able to come out the same day and even arrived early. Carlos did a complete inspection of the situation. He walked me through the process of what he would be doing to fix my issue. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Carlos and his assistant and impressed with their customer service. The time he took to explain everything to me step by step was appreciated. I would recommend and use them again.

Desi and Carlos are the team that make Impact Plumbing a top-notch plumbing company to call. I had a toilet tank leak on a late Friday afternoon heading into the Labor Day weekend. This was stressful in that most plumbers were not available until Tuesday. However, through several searches online, I found Impact Plumbing. Desi answered my call and responded quickly with an appointment that accommodated my emergency. Carlos followed through with an inspection and offered options to consider before proceeding with work order decision. Although the part needed for the repair was not available with him, Carlos offered to go to a plumbing supply store to purchase the item. This was a genuine effort to ensure that I would have a functioning plumbing fixture that same day, instead of waiting until the next business day. Carlos was knowledgeable, thorough, and, more importantly, trustworthy. His work was clean and neat, which was equally important. Total cost of repair was very reasonable. Based on my awesome experience, I will be referring Impact Plumbing to friends and family. Genuine service and friendly people!!!

Our hot water heater went out the night before we were to go on vacation. Impact Plumbing contacted me immediately and was the ONLY company that would give us an estimated cost of the job without coming to the house to do a free quote. They were significantly cheaper than the other companies, had EXCELLENT customer service and communication, installed a quality product, and came in exactly at their estimate. Carlos changed the hoses and did everything that needed to be done at no extra charge. We will definitely use them again, and would refer them to anyone.

My wife and I were doing a bath remodel and needed to have our existing bathtub removed, the plumbing reworked and a new clawfoot tub installed. We also needed 3 faucets replaced, one of which was very complicated. After talking to several well reviewed plumbing companies, we realized that most plumbers do not do complicated plumbing projects, which created a great deal of anxiety for us. This made finding Impact Plumbing a great joy. I made an appointment for an inspection and Carlos arrived on time and carefully evaluated everything that would need to be done, advising of any concerns and then providing a quote that was exactly what we were expecting to pay. Once the project started, Carlos arrived on time, was extremely kind and courteous and put in extra time to ensure the job was done both quickly and properly. This type of exceptional service made the reasonable quote suddenly become a deal of the lifetime. I cannot tell you how many vendors we have had that have treated us as though they were doing us a favor by taking a job and it was so nice to see a company that still treats its customers as friends. What an amazing company! I was having a terrible time finding a company that could replace my water heater at a reasonable price. I found Impact Plumbing through home advisor and what an amazing experience! Such great customer service! They called me within minutes of my home advisor request and I didn’t hear my phone so she left me a message and followed it up with an email. I sent an email back and long story short the water heater needed to be replaced sooner than I thought, and this was during Christmas week! I surly thought I was SOL. However, that was not the case. They had me on the schedule for the day after Christmas and showed up on time! Carlos was so kind and friendly and had the job done perfectly. Carlos completed the job in a timely manner, explained the process and need along the way, focused on getting the details right and had such gracious and kind customer service. Tried to install my own new faucet and failed miserably. Had leaks in several places. Carlos came on a Sunday and spent four hours working on it. The price was fair and the service he gave me was above and beyond. Could not recommend his company more! He speaks English and Spanish so that is a plus! Best plumbing company! Carlos Valenzuela is everything you want in a plumbing professional. He came a couple of days early to scope out the job to install a garage sink. He explained the intricacies and gave us a price. The next day I called and asked him to also install a new kitchen sink. He came ready to work and did all we asked at a reasonable price. He accommodated our requests for changes to our original plan. He cleaned up after the job and checked his work for completeness and quality. I would hire him again and recommend him highly.

We had a leak going in the house. We got Carlos name from our neighbor and we called. He responded to our call right away and was at our home the next day to repair it! He did a great job, fast, clean and solved our problem! If you have a plumbing issue ..Carlos is your man!
