Drain Busters hires the best employees in the business very friendly and professional, lucky for me i got to deal with Nathan and Christopher the most efficient and awesome guys they came they look at the problem they fix my kitchen sink in less than 10 minutes then they clean everything they touched and made look like they never been there even they did 😎 Thank you guys you made our family new year better 👍

I loved this company for my plumbing. I have not had a problem so far a few warranties. They have always fixed their mistakes. I was very sadden to hear that one of the office ladies is gone, she helped so much with every single issue Ive had. She was the so great! Unfortunately, I called and the “new office manager” snooty as she is, said she was no longer with Drain Busters. She had been let go for not doing her job. That was not my business nor is it hers to give to everyone. There is no way that the old office manager Whitney was not doing her job! She was wonderful, amazing, kind, and in my and my husbands mind the best person there. So, whoever made this choice to let her go…shame on you! We most certainly will not use again!

Nick was professional and very polite. They have reasonable prices and great work ethics. They were on time and they keep texting me of the progress. Great company.

Daren came out to repair our sewer separation for free he gave us the estimate, and he did it so fast at a fair price! The customer service is amazing. The office manager Whitney helped me by explaining some things about the estimate before the job began that sold me! Thank you drain busters! I will always use this as my plumber!

I had a back up of my plumbing that was diagnosed by a popular drain clearing company as an obstruction of my sewer line at the city sewer connection. I was quoted over $25,000.00 for repairs. I explained that I couldn’t possibly afford $25,000.00 and was told that they could arrange a second mortgage on my home.
I looked for a second opinion and after looking at reviews I found Drain Busters. They confirmed the problem and cleared my drain for about $300.00. They also indicated that the fix was temporary and that eventually the street would have to be dug up and the repair made. Troy at Drain Busters was so nice and his crew so understanding that they helped me delay an immediate repair by coming out whenever I had a backup until it was no longer possible to postpone the repair. Drain Busters could not do the sewer repair, so I reached out and I received a recommendation of Byrd Underground for the major repair.
Byrd Underground is a large commercial repair company that generally does large government and commercial jobs but as Tyler, the company owner explained, they like to give back to the community by doing the smaller jobs at reasonable prices. He assured me that the $25,000.00 estimate was way out of line and gave me an estimate of less than half that. I accepted the estimate and Byrd Underground IMMEDIATELY commenced work and my problem was solved within 48 hours and the final bill was exactly as I was quoted.
I am so grateful for Drain Busters and Byrd Underground and would highly recommend them to anyone with a drain or sewer problem. 5 stars aren’t nearly enough for these guys.

DRAIN BUSTERS Without A Doubt is Not Trustworthy on Quoting a Price and Finishing a Job.
Quoted me $875.00 (not even close to what they decided to charge me) to fix a leak in the Main Water Line right behind the Water Meter.
Two Inexperienced guys that had to keep calling the owner to ask him what to do.
Did not have the proper tools to do the job even though they gave me a quote of $875 To Do The Job.
They told me, we have to rent a Jack Hammer so it was going to cost you $150 more. I said, all you have to do is get your Skillsaw (every contractor has one) and a cement blade and cut that section out, no Jack Hammer needed. So they went and rented a saw and still charged me $150.
So that makes the Total Cost $1,025.
Final Surprise Bill Total $1,200.00.

They left without finishing the job. They told me, I had to go and Buy a Bag of Sand and a Bag of Cement. Sand to put in around the new pipe and connections and then, shovel the rock and dirt back in the hole and then, put the 4 pieces of sidewalk back into position and then, Mix Cement and Fix the Sidewalk.
This was on Friday, August 13, 2021. It took me from 2:PM until 3:PM to just get it all covered back up and ready for the cement. Sunny and 101 Degrees. It had to be done right away, it's a sidewalk.

I have always been extremely satisfied with all of the plumbing services that I have received over the past four years from Drain Busters. In my opinion, they are far and away the very best plumbing company in Las Vegas. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. After having a few bad, really expensive experiences with other plumbers, Drain Busters saved the day for a whole lot less than was quoted by the others. The technician was persistent and didn’t give up. We will definitely use them again and highly recommended!

I spent over $5000 and I’m still left with a leak. I hired Drain Busters to replace my main water line to the house. And while they replaced the entire line, they failed to replace a $25 shut off valve which was corroded to begin with (picture), and in which is still leaking. And while they replaced the regulator (picture), which comes after the valve, the corroded $25 shut off valve itself was reused and not replaced. At one point the plumber even admitted that he should have replaced it. After the amount of money I spent, I was even ok with having to pay another reasonable charge to get it replaced but was never sent a quote. I was also told verbally that a few minor fixes would be resolved, but nothing was done as the overall service standard seemed to have changed once the last payment was made. I went with Drain Busters due to their past reviews, and being I wanted to support a small business. I gave them 2 stars due to the time and effort put in by the plumbers.

I paid $250 to clean out my main line from the clean out. They did not. I was told that they had the wrong head and not enough line. Left to never return.

Aaron came to my house. At the beginning of the window that they gave me. I know that doesn't always happen but I appreciate it. Told me what he was going to do. Gave me a quote. Petted my dog Lady. (she appreciates that) and went to work. An hour later all my drains are draining. Aaron's packing up and heading out. Really good guy. Rachel was great when I spoke to her on the phone earlier. I highly recommend this. Fair prices, great customer service. Thanks guys!!!!

I needed to replace/install a new toilet in my house. Punctual - in fact, they arrived an hour ahead of schedule, a pleasant surprise for us - and highly professional. I am very happy with the work that was done and the experience I had. I would highly recommend calling Drain Busters.

Troy is a kind human and capable plumber that listened, explained clearly, didn't screw us, and fixed the problem. If you want an honest plumber that has decades of experience, call him. We were quoted 22k for a sewer problem and he saved us from that totally unnecessary expense. We are so grateful!

This is an amazing wonderful company. These guys wear the white hats. They beat three other companies prices and were just amazing. If you need a plumber don't do anything until you check with them. So happy to have thus company that can do the work.

These guys were great. Saved me over $4000 and they were extremely honest. 2 other companies basically lied and said my drain pipe was cracked because of roots. That wasn’t the case. Drain Busters scoped it. Said they saw no cracks and the roots just needed to be cleared. I’m so appreciative of them. In the future I will use these guys and I will always recommend them to everyone of my friends. Shout out to Nathan who did the service. Awesome experience all around.

We have given Drain busters thousands of dollars of business each year across our commercial buildings over the past 5 years since owning the property. If it wasn't for the owner Troy being such a nice and fantastic owner, we would not be trying to give Troy more business. Unfortunately, for whatever reason unbeknownst to me (AL) I can't even get Troy to give us a phone call so that he can meet our new property manager Kathy. His frontline staff do not seem to be passing our messages on accurately. Leading to a breakdown in the business relationship. if our new property manager is not able to get a face to face meeting to build a relationship, I really wonder how Troy as the owner plans to grow his company. I had slowly draining sink and shower. Initial call only fixed shower but they send the boss out to check sink. He was able to fix quickly and refused to even take money for it. Totally honest people.

I am thankful to have Drain Busters replacing our deposal and unclogging all of our bathrooms an d sinks . I am satisfied with all of the amazing work Anna and her team did and they were very nice and so knowledgeable. In my opinion, they are the best plumbing company in Las Vegas. Just had 3 toilets replaced. Great initial call to get an actual quote. No other plumbing company in town would offer that over the phone. Scheduled my appointment for next day (today). Arrived on time (a few minutes early actually). Quickly assessed everything and got right to work. Friendly, quick and easy. Price was good. I know that some people could maybe find a moonlighter to do the job for a couple dollars less, but this is a very good licensed company. They’re small and out here doing good work, so I feel they deserved a good review for all the aforementioned.

Jeremy was awesome! Needed some work done in the second bathroom because I'm selling my house.. I sent out requests to multiple places and decided to go with Drain Busters based on their fast response & reviews... and they didn't disappoint. We explained the issue and he got down to it. He informed us that the issue was more than just a clog and let us know that he needed to leave to get some parts and tools.. told us how much everything was gonna be and was honest about everything. We appreciate that Jeremy was very communicative with us. Would definitely recommend!!!

I have used this company on three different occasions, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am able to coordinate appointments via text and provide pictures and receive an estimate of the job beforehand. On the most recent visit, Lilo called before showing up, and was even able to come early. He was extremely professional, and did a great job completing the task, keeping me informed during each step of the process. After some confusion over the cost upon completion, I expressed concern about the mismatch with my estimate. I paid as requested, but was a bit upset. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Drain Busters stating that Lilo had called to express my concerns and he was coming back to return my check so that I could pay the original quoted price due to a communication error somewhere. I continue to be impressed with this company's desire to be honest and forthright with its customers to ensure their satisfaction, and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

This business was recommended by a neighbor so we were happy to schedule the appt. when the gentleman shows up he had no idea that I need a tankless water heater taken care of. He said ohh the girls in the front have no idea about plumbing they just make appointments. He took pictures and said we can schedule at this time. I was rescheduled twice because they didn’t have the part than the person quit and they had to have someone else come. The front desk girl called and accidentally left a personal message on my machine that was unprofessional. I tried to be ok with all of this. Finally hey schedule us last minute changed the time because the person that was supposed to come in quit and took the part. One girl told me the guy didn’t have my part and was going to the office the other girl told me that the guy is not going to come becythe part that they had was the wrong one and did get the right part. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff and busk in my life. When emailed the owners had not even one decency to make this right and just said sorry you feel this way and for all of this. So this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. If they have done good work before they sure not doing anything great now thought someone should see this before going here . I would be afraid of anyone coming from this place of business seeing how the scheduler can’t even get the appointment right and the plumber quits last minute and taking the parts and no one has a clue of what is going on.

What a relief it was to find Drain Busters. Dalton and his sidekick were prompt and knowledgeable. They fixed a clogged bathroom drain, I'd been fighting for months, and dripping faucet in back yard. We will recommend to everyone.

I noticed my downstairs toilet was leaking water all over the floor. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I contacted Drain busters through the thumbtack app. Rachel responded to my message immediately and sent Aaron out to my home. Within an hour he had it fixed, it was the wax ring. They got everything scheduled and the job completed before noon! I contacted them at 9am! Both Rachel and Aaron were so professional and fast! I'll never use any other plumbing company again!
