Great work and the guys are super helpful. They came in the morning to fix my washing machine valves last minute, then my hot water wasn’t working later in the day. I texted them and he came at 9 pm and fixed it even though the issue was separate from the work he did. Would highly recommend hips plumbing

Horrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone was flat out rude. I asked about plumbing services early in the week, I called back later in the week, and she said maybe another week or two! I never even got on the schedule. Will look elsewhere where they treat new business with some decency.

Had them come out to help diagnose sewer smells in the house and perform a drain cleaning. They were prompt, professional, and got me on the right track for a great price. I’ll definitely recommend them.

Great customer service Adam Robinson did a wonderful job getting my pipe unclogged . We had 3 repair guys came to our house and they couldn’t get unclogged .

I had called 3 different places to get my drain pipes cleaned out and all 3 of them were the worst! I called DCSN and I got my drain pipes cleaned same day!!!! I highly recommend these guys to everyone who needs an actual professional who will make sure the job is done right!

Had garbage disposal blocked with a stainless steel cup that stuck in real tight. After taking a stab at it to repair ourselves, we gave up. Called Hansen Family Plumbing and Air and they had same day availability thankfully. I later had to reschedule at a different time on same day due to other priorities but they were able to accommodate without any issue.

Mason and his buddy did great job removing the steel cup without damaging the garbage disposal. They left the place clean. I hope I won't run into such issues but if I do I will surely use their services in future.

Chris came in and gave us a fair quote, did the job and was very professional about his work. His work ethic is second to none. Any other plumbing jobs in the future, and I will contact C&D Potter plumbing. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing work.

Chris (owner) and Alex (plumber) were both helpful in answering questions for me and were very responsive. Alex did great work repairing cracked piping in my shower and installing a new shower mixing valve in a short amount of time and for a reasonable cost.

Martin is super professional, timely, and prices are reasonable. As a real estate professional I need a quality plumber to service my clients and M&M plumbing are my go to.

Very poor communication. They get auto assigned home warranty work (constant flow of business) so have the mentality that customer service and follow through in order to retain customers is not a priority. Very dishonest about having left voicemails when no calls have ever come from them. Will avoid in the future due to this.

After a brief inspection of my plumbing problem (Scott) the plumber said it seemed to be a quick fix and would be back in the morning to get started.
At 10:15 he or his crew is a no show.
I call him and he says he is still coming. 1:45 I call him a second time he says yes he is still coming. At 4:00 pm he is still a no show so I call a third time. By now I assume he has recognized my phone number and will not answer.
Reliable Rooter And Plumber does not live up to its name nor do they deserve the one star above.
The very least I deserved a phone call saying you will not be able to make the repair.
This company is not reliable.
Don't wast your time waiting for them to show up. BV
