He was friendly , professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once he began the job, he worked hard, efficiently, and thoroughly to complete the job correctly. We were very impressed by our experience with Jeff and would recommend HIPs to anyone searching for a reliable, honest plumber at a fair price.

Mr. Diego did an outstanding, amazing, great, informational and helpful job at finding and fixing our sink faucet in our home! He stopped and turned off the running water that was continuously running from the sink! After he performed a miraculous job, He explained to us the problem and cause of the sink faucet valves not working on our sink! I made a service call later yesterday and had a rep Mike come to the door a few minutes earlier than the promised time. The problem was the bathtub faucet was not putting out hot water and it’s valve was replaced about a year ago. He left the place to get parts and came back. His diagnosis was that the previous technician from a different company did not install it correctly. The hot water problem was quickly resolved. Yet I was left with $259 invoice. He said that the call visit was $140. Thus the parts was nearly $100? The invoice did not show any breakdown on parts/ labor but I felt that I need to find an honest plumber next.

arrived back from vacation and our heater didn’t work. contacted first thing in the morning and was called within an hour to be notified a repairman was going to be arriving within 2 hours. Was all fixed before 11:00 am. Great service and communication!

The waterline in my front yard between the meter and the house ruptured on Thanksgiving day. One call to M&M Plumbing and Martin showed up in less than an hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem as improper material that was installed by my landscaper. Martin made the repair and restored water to the house before lunchtime!! Thanksgiving dinner was a great success thanks to M&M Plumbing! Friendly and outstanding service, great prices. My HIGHEST recommendation!!!

Reliable Rooter was at our home earlier today. We spent $300 for various plumbing needs including the installation of a new dishwasher and a bathroom faucet. The faucet was extremely loose and jiggled when you turned the water on. I was told, “they’re all like that now, and everyone hates it.”
The dishwasher felt like it was going to fall out. They didn’t anchor it, level it to make it stable or install the new hose sitting right on the counter. A different plumber came back this evening and fixed both issues. What a waste of money.
