I originally called Roto-Rooter and they were a no show so I called SMP and the Manager John David gave me a reasonable quote and showed up 15 min early. I was very satisfied with the work and outcome.
He even charged me less than the original quote. I would definitely refer this company to my friends and family.

They are a family owned business and are very courteous, reasonable and do excellent work.

Everything about the service I received from Jordan Plumbing was outstanding! My phone message was returned quickly, and the person scheduling my appointment was efficient and very pleasant. Jeffery Jordan went above and beyond to determine the cause of my slow-draining sink and to fix it, even though the situation was more complicated than it first appeared. He clearly knows his stuff, and was a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

I left a message about my forced-air furnace malfunctioning, and he called me back right away. He had a window of time, so he came within about five minutes of the call. He told me he would check it out, and if he couldn't fix the problem, I would not be charged. he quickly found the problem and fixed it in under an hour. I was really impressed.

Wow. I heard Jake speak last week, and will never call another plumbing company again, both for our home & for our rentals! They are so innovative that you should not hesitate to call them for any and all plumbing & heating needs. WARNING: MAY BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I tried calling, it went to voicemail, but the voice mailbox is full... Kind of difficult to use a business that won't take your calls. And I understand you may be busy doing jobs during the day, but if you don't have someone to answer your phones or at the very least, keep your mailbox empty and available for potential customers to request a bid, how do you expect to stay in business? Maybe you're no longer in business? I don't know, I wish I did...

Practical Remodeling is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They show up on time, they care about the quality of their work and they work with their customers. These guys are amazing and provide a quality service. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them for future projects.
