Paul the Plumber is the rudest service provider I ever met. He was late to his appointment and by that time I had to take a call from my boss. When I told him I was on the phone with my boss bow because he'd been late, he replied That's not my problem. He has a huge chip on his shoulder because he kept mentioning how he was so successful he could work whatever hours he wanted and mentioning how much he made an hour. He unclogged an outside drain and left a huge mess of grease and gunk. When he was done I told him I needed 5 minutes to get my credit card cuz I was still on the phone with my boss. He started banging on my door so loud my walls shook, shouting at the top of his lungsthat he was going to charge me $400 an hour. He's a misogynist that kept calling me little girl. If my home warranty hadn't forced me to use this guy I would've never ever used his services. I would've kicked him off my property immediately the second he started being rude. Do not use this guy. Let's teach people that treating people this way is unacceptable.
