I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

I called these guys. Chris came out and took care of my toilet. Found the problem 12 feet down drain and fixed it. I called them back a few months later because I tried to fix my own sink, but I had leaks, and again Chris hooked it up. Fair price, will definitely use these guys again.

Legacy plumbers are honest, thorough, and skilled problem solvers. I've used them for 5+ years at two properties. At one property, in particular, I've had some challenging requests, and they've always come through. My impression is that it's top-down from the owner. I've communicated with him a couple of times, and he's always been totally on-the-level. I can't recommend Legacy highly enough.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

Excellent job! Easy to schedule, on time, professional, and fixed the problem.Best of all - not the most expensive price tag in town either. Very reasonable, right about in line with where I thought the price would be, and actually less expensive than a different outfit we had here a few years ago to fix this issue (which is a recurring problem). Just wanted to let you know that the two gentlemen Andrew Noonan and John Keslar did a first class job repairing and installing my kitchen faucet, toilet and outside faucets and cleaning the drain in the bathroom sink. They arrived on time, organized and were very professional. All was done and left in good working order. They also cleaned up and removed all the old equipment. I would highly recommend Pipetechs.

A couple days for an estimate took 2 weeks . Agreed to a price and the changes to the items incorrectly listed and we scheduled the work to begin on a specific date, took the day off work so i could let them in my house and nobody showed up and nobody called. When i called to ask what happened and cancel the response was I dont blame you. Great way to do business. Keep it up.
