I am so relieved that I called Hughes! We spent several days trying to find a part for our hot water heater, calling around, searching online, getting voice-mails and just no luck. When I called Hughes, Bob answered, I sent him a pic of the label on our hot water heater by email & he had it ordered in less than 5 mins & confirmed with me through email immediately! Bob was amazing, helpful and on the ball! We saved the number/email for future reference! We highly recommend Hughes! Thanks again!

Happy Plumber Inc saved the day! I called them right after another plumber (different company) bailed on me and didn't show up. They came within one hour, immediately diagnosed the problem, and provided a reasonable quote. They were also very honest by not trying to upsell me on extras that weren't necessary. They immediately began working during that same visit and had the leak repaired within a few hours. They were both very professional and clean and will use them in the future.

I normally do not answer cold calls but I did this time. Felt regretful for wasting a lot of time. They offered to flush my water heater for free. I appreciated their intention to serve the community with a reasonable hope to get some work. But I am very disappointed with the way the owner handled issues. Long story short, the flush caused leaking of the drain valve and damaged the dry wall of the pedestal. The owner refused to repair the damage. Their attitude is not trying to solve a problem and to be responsible. Instead they refuse to talk. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
