DryFix was helpful and efficient. They were patient while my claim was processed by my insurance company and were very professional throughout the whole process.

The Aubrey Team is great to work with. I had a clogged drain causing me such problems when I did my laundry and my sink was backing up. Douglas and Anthony came out and did whatever they could to address my stubborn clog. They were thorough and explained what they were doing. The guys gave me an estimate over the phone and after the water heater was installed the charge price was exactly what was estimated. Other people were going to charge me double the price.The guys who installed the water heater were friendly and worked very swiftly. Representative was two hours late to our appointment and wasted more time talking about his children’s careers than our service needs. Then ghosted without providing the promised estimate or scope of work. 0/10 for bad service and unreliable staff. If this is what the process looks like at the beginning, I’d hate to see what happens next. Steer clear.

Where do I begin our AC unit went out thank goodness it wasn't the summertime. My wife called couple companies which needed an appointment for them to come out and Sam was the first one to respond and surveyed the problem. He told us the situation and the options. It's hard to find a honest and trustworthy person. Matter of fact a couple months back our unit had problem and a company for some reason pulled the plug outside and said we need to change the whole unit. Why five stars? Well, I walked into my garage and found water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the online reviews) and to my surprise, they offered to come replace the water heater right away.

Long story short, I called them at 1pm and had a new water heater installed before 4pm, the same day. Price was good for a gas heater, with no upcharges for new parts etc.

Great friendly guys... So happy I decided to give them a call!
