Well I tryed to use his business but would not answer phone nor call you back when leave message. When did finally talk to Keith Allan he was rude and abrasive.

Joshua went above and beyond to complete the work in my home. He replaced the kitchen sink, and bathroom tub faucets, removed and treated mold.

After three quotes, I was about to drop $21,000 on a brand new AC system. Jack came over and told me something was fishy. He was right. I didn't need an overhaul, I needed a new furnace. $21,000 turned into a few thousand. When our AC units do go out in 3-5 years, I'm calling Dallas Air Pros. Wonderful and prompt service, responsive, and professional.

What I like most about the new improvements are taps in the sink, very slender and thanks for re-adjusting the water pressure.

Company is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment to come get service repaired from the initial installation that they did and they never showed up or called to cancel. I will never in life recommend this company to anyone. I’m at a disbelief.
