Super Service Plumbers Heating and Air Conditioning

AC stopped working during the recent heat-wave.  They answered my call and someone was at my house in less than 2 hours.  He diagnosed our AC, explained the problem (fan capacitor and fuse), replaced the defective parts and had my AC tested / back up and running in less than an hour.  Charged a fair price.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again if any other problems arise.

Super Plumbers saves the day every time - they are communicative, the prices are fair, and they follow up to make sure the job was done right. In December 2020 they fixed a complicated water hammer issue in my heating system. Today I had an issue with hot water not coming out of the faucets - Omar came right out and had that fixed in under 10 minutes. As a first time home owner, I appreciate these guys making it easy to get help when you need it. I will use (and recommend) them for every project!

After several misadventures with other services in my area while living without AC for four summer days (lack of communication, no shows, and bad service), I was about to lose hope in HVAC service everywhere. We have had a persistent issue with our boiler for several years that no other plumber could figure out, causing it to periodically shut down. Tommy was amazing!! Super professional and friendly. Tommy was able to fix my problem and save us from melting during this summer heatwave. Had to climb onto roof overhanging 60 foot balcony but no feat was too much. Very happy customer would recommend to anyone looking for quality job at a fair price.

I have always gone with this company.  They do a good job,  even came back to check an issue I thought I had with the tail pipe on the sink not being perpendicular or plumb,  so the drain pipes look as if they were slanted 5-10 degrees to the back.  It turns out it was more of an issue with the sink than with the plumbing work.  They stand behind their work.  I would call them for any future work.

I called them this morning and they arrived on time to replace our AC. Very professional and neat. I highly recommend them for a very impressive outcome to our new AC!

No call no show twice

MIKE the main tech did an excellent job in repairing my home heating system. Very responsive, and very professional. He will first let you know the parts he will use and then give you a quote estimate before doing the work. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his company again in the future. Omar his assistant was also very helpful. They are the BEST PLUMBERS IN NEW JERSEY!!!

My toilet was leaking, so I tried to fix it myself after I failed miserably, I finally gave them a call. 2 hours later the plumber came in, explained the situation, went right into action, and had my leak finish in no time! Highly recommend!! This company is extremely helpful! Our boiler stopped working on a Saturday night. We had no heat or hot water and it was freezing in our apartment. We called their number, and the gentleman helped us troubleshoot and fixed our boiler over the phone in less than 10 minutes out of pure kindness! He was very knowledgable and professional throughout the process. Thank you so much again for saving us from a cold night!

I called Royal for a quote on a job I wanted done in Hoboken. They never showed up, even though coming and looking at the project would only take 5 minutes. Before you read further, please notice that most 5 star reviews for this company are 1 year or more old!

I called on Thursday and someone said they would come between 11am and 1pm on Friday. Well, not only did no one show up, no one bothered to call either. When I finally called around 4pm, someone again said they could come on Saturday. I stayed home all day waiting for them and again, nothing!

It's now 5pm on Saturday and I haven't heard from anyone. If I can't count on someone to show up for the easy part, then I cannot rely on you to get the job done on time.

P.S. Rick from Royal just called, and when I expressed my concern above he told me it's because we do such great work, and we are very busy . . . but if that's the attitude you have, then that's great have a great day!. Zero star service all around guys, you act like there's no competition in your industry. For anyone reading this, just skip them and go to the next guy.

Frank and Omar were amazing. We live in Hoboken area. Our water heater broke 2 days ago. Frank and Omar were able to estimate and install water heater for us on the same day. Frank was detailed enough to pick up the right water heater even without multiple calls. The process was efficient and smooth. We would definitely ask their service next time.

I have to say I am always very skeptical when I have to call a plumber, carpenter, AC repair etc.... because you always hear these stories of people getting ripped off and taken advantage of but not with Super Plumber!!

We were having an issue with our AC and my husband thought he fixed it however I wanted it checked anyway as I know the summer is coming and I HATE the heat! I called them and spoke to Tom who was able to come 2 days later during the exact time that worked for us (between 12-2). We were having issues cutting out on our phones so he sent me a text and I sent him all our information and he confirmed the app for us.

Thursday came and my husband was home but at 2pm he said they haven't called him yet so I reached out to Tom and not only was he extremely apologetic (there was glitch in the app schedule) he called my husband right away and came directly over to our home!

When he came he didn't push anything extra on us, I asked my husband to ask about cleaning the AC and he said we didn't need it and it was a ripoff! Anyone could have jumped on that and had us waist our money so they could do the work but he didn't, he was extremely honest, professional, and fair, he even waived the services charge because of the mix up in time!

He walked around and took the time to explain everything to my husband and found that our AC was fine (thank goodness!!).

If you have an issue with your AC you should definitely reach out to them as I cant recommend them enough!!

They are very experienced guys and know their way around a water heater. Our water heater went haywire and they were quick in figuring out the issue and solved it within an hour. Excellent service and reasonable prices.

They show up on time, work fast, do a good job, charge a fair price and are nice about it.

I recently had a leak coming into my Hoboken apartment. Super Plumbers came on site and was able to narrow down the source of the leak coming from the unit above when several other contractors/plumbers could not. The customer service was top notch.

Frank was extremely helpful. Our water wouldn't turn off when replacing a faucet, leaving us with leaking water under our sink. We sent him pictures of the issue and he helped us over the phone.

My husband and I just bought a very old home that was without central air conditioning. We called a bunch of companies to get quotes for central AC, but because of the age, layout, and construction of the house, many of the contractors we reached out to seemed less than confidant.This is a sign that my husband and I have found to indicated the likelihood of unforeseen issues and broken budgets.

The price that we paid Super Plumbers Heating and Air Conditioning was a little bit better than expected, and the work was executed flawlessly. We've got them saved for sure in the event that we have any plumbing, heating, or cooling issues down the road. They are very skilled and considerate with the work that they do, and they know how to treat their customers.

Great service. Frank answered right away during an emergency and got the job done. It is a rental property so it was even more of a concern that my tenants regain hot water. It wound up being a smaller issue than i had anticipated. The price was more than reasonable considering the fact that I asked he make it a priority to get to the residence to make sure they did not go without hot water. He was there and got the hot water back on within 20 minutes of me calling.

I rarely write reviews but Frank and his colleague were amazing and responded to an issue I was having with my toilet within an hour of my call. I highly recommend them!

Our air conditioning suddenly stopped working and we had another company come and they just topped up coolant and didn’t run any tests. Sure enough a couple hours later, we were back with no AC. We have an infant and were extremely uncomfortable for nearly 2 days due to the poor repair. Frank and Omar came the next day and kept us posted on status and arrival. They actually ran tests and divided and conquered to check out the unit on the roof and in our apartment. They saw the coolant was completely empty which they suspected a leak. Luckily they had all the equipment to locate the leak and thankfully it was close enough to the roof they could repair right then and there.

It’s so important to take safety and health precautions seriously right now during COVID, especially with an infant and these guys kept safety top of mind wearing masks even during the 90+ degree heat in our apartment.

Excellent work! I have no words to describe how good these people are. Omar is the best technicians we've ever hired. Our HVAC system was leaking in the basement, and it was a very fast, noticeable leak. Frank picked up the phone, and despite a busy schedule, he managed to get us an appointment.

Omar and his colleague showed up on time. They were working the entire time and didn't waste any time on phones or chitchatting. Of course, the leak was repaired, and the HVAC has been working great since. Very pleasant and cool people. Highly recommend them.

Had a major issue in my apartment with my water tank in a fairly complicated system and these guys came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately! Frank and his team are professional and some of the most knowledgable guys about heating and air conditioners. He even drew me a diagram. Highly recommend.

They don't do free estimates, said they'd charge $75 to come in to do a diagnostic - I just wanted an estimate, and they hung up. Happy I didn't get them in to do the actual work.

Their plumbers are thorough, courteous and efficient. I had a mystery leak which a previous plumber had failed to fix. These guys paid attention to every detail and solved all my problems.

They replaced my Furnace and Central Air Conditioning in just a day and a half. They also threw in a new faucet installation at no extra charge. Everything with these guys is about making the customer happy. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The plumbers showed up in allotted service window. Drained and removed old water heater with care in containing water drainage. Then installed new water heater.

This was our second time using Super Plumbers. Tom gave me advance notice of when he was coming and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my sink. After a few minutes, he figured out the problem and saved me from spending a lot of money on pipe repair. I would highly recommend Tom as he was very professional and kind!

We had 2 leaks first was under the sink, the other was the toilet, we contacted this Plumbing company.
Our technician diagnosed the problem accurately, suggested we replace the kitchen faucet, toilet valve, and flapper.
Long story short, he did a great job and double checked to make sure things were done right and leak free.

They were late, scratched the tile by dropping their tools without protecting anything, then tried to doubled the price for the work they themselves inspected and priced. Very unprofessional.

You can’t find better quality work and customer service in Omar (and Frank). They were highly recommended to me by a friend, and she was right! They know their stuff and do an excellent job. If they’re hard to get a hold of, it’s because they’re in that much high demand! Hang in there be cuz we you won’t regret hiring them. Courteous, thoughtful and conscientious. I don’t want to call anyone else to work on my home’s pipes!

After we had a different company come to look at our non-working heat and they didn't get it working (after paying them $500) we called Super Plumbers. They came the same day during a very busy period and then Frank, their manager, came himself the next day with the part to check things out and look our overall system. He ended up only charging us for the part and one visit - $175 total - and our heat is working great now. Frank was really responsive and we would highly recommend Super Plumbers.

UPDATE: Now Summer 2018 and we had an issue with our toliet. We again called Super Plumbers and once again they came the same day, no rush charges. Tom & his helper were fantastic - they worked for an hour or so to diagnose the issue, got our toilet working temporarily and left us with several options on how to proceed. Then he didn't even charge us for the visit! Once again we were very impressed with Super Plumbers.

They were great to work with- the owner was super responsive and helped get someone out the same day. The tech called when he was on his way, explained and fixed our problem, and even followed up after with an answer to an outstanding question. Great service, reasonable, and trustworthy.

Frank is one of the kindest and nicest people to work with. I called him desperate to get someone to my apartment that had poor heat. A situation where I had been trying to get people in for a week but they would refuse to go in the basement due to poor lighting. Frank came the same day, diagnosed the issue, stayed with me on the phone and recommended solutions. He is a breath of fresh air where a lot of other folks in the area are just out to make money. These guys are amazing. They gave us different options and quotes to solve our HVAC issues, and completed the job within a few hours. They're professional, prompt and friendly.

Professional, responsive, super honest, problem solved same day. We had a pipe under our kitchen sink that was leaking pretty badly. I called on a Friday morning and spoke to Omar, who offered to come the same day.

In addition to the rapid response, when Omar came to diagnose the problem in person, he played around with the pipe and realized it was a pretty quick fix. So even though we had already agreed on a price for more serious work (based on videos I had sent him when we first spoke), Omar spent 10 or 15 minutes fixing the problem and refused our money.

That kind of honesty and generosity really stood out to us and were greatly appreciated. In industries like plumbing (or auto repair, etc.), the consumer usually doesn't have the knowledge to know exactly what's going on, so we rely on trust. And in this case, Omar was so honest and customer-focused about the problem (an easier fix than originally anticipated) that he gave up money and made the quicker fix for free.

We are greatly appreciative, and while we hope we don't have any leaky pipes again soon, we will definitely reach back out to Omar and team.

The first Company i called failed to unclog our sewer pipe, we called this company. They worked hard for over three hours to run their cable over 170 feet to the tree roots in our pipe at the end of our long driveway. These guys are professionals, knowledgeable and hardworking. We now have flushing toilets and running water once again.

Well imagine my surprise when I woke up in the morning to my house smelling like a sewer, water and grease everywhere in the basement.

On Reaching out to this company, they arrived in exactly 2hrs. They emptied the drain and had my house smelling better just as quickly. They also rod my septic line right then and there. I'd absolutely use and recommend this company again.

Everything that could go wrong with my central air / heat pump replacement did - but Frank and Tommy worked tirelessly for 4 days straight to replace my system. They were extremely friendly and even had a few good jokes. They even pointed out a few things wrong with my existing duct work and fixed it, no nickel and diming. Definitely recommend these guys in the future, they were very knowledgeable and responded quickly (called on Thursday and system replacement started within 2 days)

I was in a bind because my tenant's water heater broke and my regular plumber was on vacation so I took a chance and called Royal Pro Plumbing. Frank, the owner and Rick, his technician were great. They had to replace the water heater. They ran a little late but made up for it by doing the job super-fast and efficient. They are priced competitively and worth every penny! They are also friendly and courteous. BTW, they are changing their name to Super Plumbers, Air-Conditioning & Heating. They do alot of air conditioning work in Hoboken. Finally, Frank saved me from getting a parking ticket. Thank you Frank and Rick.
