This company did OK in my book, but take it for what it’s worth because they did not have to end up fixing anything. It was an interesting visit. It started with them being more willing to set up time to come to my home, but I quickly figured out it was because ECO contracts out their work to other HVAC companies. A gentleman stopped by that was pretty nice, but didn’t end up fixing anything and ultimately said that if any of the issues that I had asked them to come here for originally continue to happen, to call him back. But there’s the dilemma, do I call him back, do I call ECO back? And, he was able to notice almost all of the things that I called them for while he was here. So, why call him back if they happen again, if they’re happening currently? When he left he didn’t seem sure that he should or should not charge me. He told me to call ECO back and let them know what happened. Not sure here. Will have to call them back and see if they can help out next time I have an issue.

I want to Thank Eco for coming out to service my unit the same day I called them. My heating unit was acting up. They came promptly , fixed it with a minimal and reasonable charge. Excellent service.

My plumbing fix was quick, easy to understand quotes, clear communication and respectable staff.  A technician came out and assessed my master shower issue (only really hot or very cold water). Within an hour I had 2 quotes to choose from to remedy the issue.  The work was completed the very next morning.  Couldn't be happier with the service and I would call them in the future for any issues.

One of the friendliest and most skilled contractors I’ve come across. My apartment’s heating system was not outputting enough heat. When I called these guys, they asked me to check a few little things before sending out an expert. I followed their instructions, but it didn’t solve the problem.

The next day, Mo was right on schedule. He found the problem and fixed it. I won’t be calling any other service as long as Eco Plumbing keeps up with the standard they've set for themselves.

Replaced air conditioner and furnace, extremely polite and professional, clear explanations of what to expect, work performed ahead of schedule, high quality, accommodated my schedule. Strongly recommend, intent to have them perform biannual maintenance.

Called first thing in the morning and just after noon they showed up. Fixed the thermocouple in just a matter of minutes, told me my water heater was in great shape otherwise. Didn't try to up-sell me on anything and even said if the water heater kept giving me a problem he would come back and check it out without another service call fee. I highly recommend them!

I called about my toilet issue making a sound like a huge ship was pulling into the harbor and they took the time and MAJOR COURTESY! to tell me it may just be the little thing on the inside. I went to HD and did it myself. I will 100% use them for major plumbing stuff, our house is 116 years old. His honesty and professionalism is TOP KNOTCH!!!! 💯💯

Our sink was backing up and flooding our basement floor, and after spending a few hours trying to do it myself I gave up and called this Company. They were able to schedule me same day, and had the clog cleared in less than 30 minutes.

Our 5 year old HVAC compressor shut down. We called Eco Plumbing from a Google search. They came right out and rebuilt the compressor with new energy efficient components. When the tech turned it on it was so quiet I wasn't sure it was even spinning. The cost was reasonable and our electric bill went down $200.

I was having issues with my wall AC unit and everywhere I went they were overcharging me. I only needed my filter and my fuse box to be replaced since it is a wall AC unit. My mother gave me the number to this company and the operator dispatched a technician on the same day. The technician was awesome! I'm very satisfied with this company.
