Crystal Clear Drain Service and Plumbing

Had an appointment, never showed, called, no response. Wasted my time from leaving work. TERRIBLE

I can't say enough great things about Crystal Clear Plumbing. From the time Ken came to my house to give me my breakdown of what was happening in my basement and cost it was a wonderful experience. Ken explained to me everything that needed to be done and answered my 2 pages of questions with so much patience. The actual work with Joe and his work crew were absolutely amazing, they completed the work in time and really cleaned my basement up they had to dig up alot, they were amazing. And answered all my questions and any concerns. I would certainly use Crystal Clear Plumbing if I would need them in the future. Can't go wrong using Crystal Clear Plumbing. I have a whole new respect for the Plumbing profession after seeing what is involved in their profession.

Called to set up an appointment, was told they would arrive at 4 PM the next day. No call, no show. I called left a message, still no call back. Very unprofessional.

Ken never calls to let u know why hes nor there when he says he gonna be. Hes a no show plumber..

I call Ken everytime. He's honest and a great plumber. He knows a lot
