Great experience with this company. Ultimately they could not work on my current issue, but they were forward about it and suggested who could (TECO). Alex was prompt, called me in advance, and was great with my big dogs, which is always a challenge! I will absolutely consider them again for future projects.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.

Drain Doctor Plumbers were great. Came to my house on the south side of Orlando with a good response time. They were able to show up within just a couple of hours. Plumber was quick to find the leak under my sink and do the repair. Prices were very affordable.
