My water heater had been leaking for awhile. It was clear I needed a new one. At my neighbor's suggestion, I called Sage Plumbers. Brendan and Alex came over the same day and assessed the situation. Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Had a wonderful experience with everyone that works here. We had some plumbing and sewage issues and it took a long time to figure out the problem. But they did an amazing job coming out and fixing it and a timely manner. Very respectful of our property. Can't thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend 10 out of 10 that you do the same.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
