SIMPLY AWESOME!!!

I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

Amazing experience with Always. A/C has not been running cold so I called them up and they sent over Derek and Charlie the same day. They arrived on time, were super professional and knowledgeable.

Took their time to check everything then came back with multiple options for me based on my needs. It was clear that they are an honest company, focused on customer needs and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Always to friends and family and will be coming to them again whenever I need it.

Estimator / sales person was the best part of repipe job, extremely professional. Quote was reasonable. Piping was done in a day without any issues. Prep and cleanup was great.
Problem was with patching team. Can see the cut lines. Texture doesn't match original. Waiting for 6 weeks now to get patching guys back to fix texture.

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

I hired Polar Plumbing to install a new water heater when mine started leaking. He is very busy, but worked me into his schedule that day since it was urgent. He arrived in 4 hours with a new water heater and installed it very quickly. The installation was very well done (actually better than the original) and everything was clean and neat afterwards. This was my first time using Polar Plumbing and I have already contracted for toilet replacements with Lance. Highly recommend.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!
