I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

This company has ruined my life. For those of you who are already employed but looking for a new job, do not waste your time here. Keep your current job and look elsewhere instead of making the mistake I made. As a helper/apprentice, you will be promised full-time hours with 5 day work weeks but then you will get texts saying Sorry there is no work available today. Stay home. several days in a row even when there are plumbers out on the field and then you’ll eventually just get laid off when you question what's going on... No work available, huh ? Even if the plumber doesn't need assistance, the helper could still watch and learn everything the plumber is doing. As a result, I've been unemployed since July and can't go back to my previous job. Do not waste your time or risk leaving the job you already have for this job. This company will only schedule you when they need you and they will screw you over.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Andrea in the office was helpful in scheduling the visit and follow-up after the work was completed. Class act! Highly recommend Always Plumbing!

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

Lance has been taking care of all of our plumbing needs for almost 20 years. From plumbing problems such as leaks or needing toilet repair to complete household remodels of kitchens and bathrooms. Lance has always been there for us. He is exceptionally fastidious and his attention to detail and precision is extraordinary! The job is done right the first time. He is truly a polished professional!

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

Dan's is great. Very Knowledgeable and easy to work with. They make scheduling and payment easy with their website. I defiantly recommend giving them a shot.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana
