I called and made a appointment to get a laundry drain unclogged, the technician showed up on time ( I believe his name was Ben) he was very professional. He got busy right away and while chatting with him I had mentioned that I had purchased a snake very similar to the one he was using but was unable to get it to go far enough to get to the clog. He did not hesitate to give me a couple of tips on how to go about it. Thanks Ben, because you shared I will not hesitate to call you again and will refer you when ever I can. Micah came out to take a look at my commode which was making a strange noise. He also helped me out with a smaller issue in our other bathroom. He was so nice, professional, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs going forward!!

They arrived very quickly each time we called and explained the many problems with our furnace. J.R. explained each issue and the cost to fix it. The cost versus replacing a furnace that was 17 years old made our decision easy. A new furnace was installed the same day. We have only high praise for the employees and the company and would highly recommend using Elite Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to everyone.

We had an issue with our furnace and left a voicemail overnight. I was called in the morning and had a tech at my house the next afternoon. The tech who showed up was professional, efficient and very helpful. Would (and will) definitely use this company in the future.

I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

I have used them to renovate our bathrooms , they asked for all the money to buy parts and finish the job but after that they stopped answering calls. I have been trying to reach out to them, calling everyday.

I'm reading these reviews and I am very surprised because I did not experience what other people say they did negatively. This is the second time the home Warranty company has sent Denver Plumbing Pros out to my home to fix some things and each time Ross was professional and got the job done. The second time, he had to come back multiple times because of a leak that would come back around 10-15 minutes after he left my house. He told me about possible things that could come up in the further as well. When I would call or send a text message to him or the company within 15 minutes I would either receive a call, text back, or a knock on my door so the problem could be fixed. I also received an email and a call to make sure I would be available for the appointment.

I'm sorry that other people had a bad experience with them but I didn't endure any of that. I would happily use this company again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say well call a different company, we don't want to work with you. Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.
