This plumber is professional and honest and reasonable price.

3rd gen came to service my plumbing after February’s freeze. They are very polite and punctual business. Not only did they solve my very dated plumbing, but they came out a second time to follow up! These are my go to plumbers.

Paramount Plumbing (Marco) is an awesome company! The worked performed by Paramount plumbing was very extensive (new gas line installation and water heaters, removal of old gas lines, trap installations. and the repairing of old pipes lines…..the list goes on and on). The property we own is very old and problems continuously popped up. We were informed of problems promptly, given reasonable estimates and the work performed was timely, as promised. We’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years and Paramount Plumbing is by far the best.

Ty was very responsive and did a really nice job. Was able to unclog the drain that a different company said they couldn't.

Jason came promptly and worked professionally to solve our two bathroom's situations. He was polite, informative and quickly solved the problem. We are very satisfied with Rascher.

I would recommend jake and his company any day of the week, just wow, i called for a quote about my water heater, i did my own research about water heaters, i already knew what i wanted, but jake gave me alot more information than i already had, he educated me, directed me in the right direction, answered all my concerns, i ended up having jake come in and replacing my water heater and i was very satisfied with his installation and professionalism, real down to earth guy, taking care of the customer, making sure i was satisfied with the installation and the warranty set up for the water heater, I would call him for any pumbing needs. real good guy, if you want an honest, hard working guy, call jake and his company up, i wouldnt want to call another plumber up other than him. 10 star service, installation, professionalism.

Fuquay Plumbing has done work for us over several years including a water heater replacement, indoor work, and most recently, some well and water line work. They are honest, trustworthy, good value, and friendly.

We’ve used them multiple times for both my home and my mom’s home and they have been very courteous, communication is good, they charge very reasonable rates and their work has been top notch.
I’ve recommended them to all my friends and coworkers and based on all the work they’ve done for my family, we will DEFINITELY use York Plumbing for any plumbing job we have.
They’ve been so honest, when they quoted me on my mom’s plumbing job, they called me and told me they were done early and revised the price downward.
I certainly didn’t expect that and wouldn’t have known if they didn’t tell me.

They also corrected a real mess on my mom’s plumbing done by another plumbing company before we knew about York, and after loads of work, I was very pleased with the price.

Their honesty, hard work, promptness and reasonable rates are exactly why we keep using York Plumbing. I won’t use anyone else.

We went thru Discount Plumbing for a leaky faucet estimate and apparently they assigned it to this company. Save yourself the $95 estimate fee. He was here no longer than 10 minutes. The man came within the estimated time period. He saw us at the screen door getting the baby and baby toys out of the way and just walked in. Showed him the problem and immediately said all the galvanized pipes would have to be replaced. “Very expensive, maybe $2000, maybe $2500. He did not listen when we said we didn’t want a shower head but just the tub faucet with spray attachment. I asked him if we could do something quick to stop the faucet from running and he talked about cartridges but that they didn’t have any but other plumbers might. And not to have a handyman do it because we could have a big leak. He spoke so fast it was hard to follow him. When he finally wrote the estimate it was for $3885. He did not put the panel back on the access but asked us if we were ok doing it ourselves. We said yes, and he ran out as fast as he ran in. Needless to say we were not impressed and after looking up the reviews, looks like it was mostly for sewer issues. So I don’t think this is the company for us.

Zero stars!! Avoid this company. We needed a pan installed under our existing hot water heater to sell the home. Rusty gave a quote to install the pan and bring the hot water heater up to code. The price seemed high but unfortunately we went with this company. The plumber came out and started the project. The price was increased twice during the project to almost twice the original quote. We had a second plumbing issue during the same time but would not use this company and hired a different plumber. This new plumber said his price for installing a brand new hot water heater including the cost of the hot water heater was less than the price we paid with the price hikes that occurred mid-project. Best part was the work didn't pass the city inspection the first time.
