I have used York Plumbing for years. I never have had a bad experience. My house is old and the plumbing is a joke. York Plumbing always finds a solution. Their workers are courteous and professional. Everything is always being explained. They are local, also.

Chris appeared even earlier than the 10:00 scheduled knowing our water was shut off due to a bad leak. He fixed the leak promptly and cleaned up any residue from the repair. We are very pleased with the result.

Chris was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Will use them again.

We’ve used them multiple times for both my home and my mom’s home and they have been very courteous, communication is good, they charge very reasonable rates and their work has been top notch.
I’ve recommended them to all my friends and coworkers and based on all the work they’ve done for my family, we will DEFINITELY use York Plumbing for any plumbing job we have.
They’ve been so honest, when they quoted me on my mom’s plumbing job, they called me and told me they were done early and revised the price downward.
I certainly didn’t expect that and wouldn’t have known if they didn’t tell me.

They also corrected a real mess on my mom’s plumbing done by another plumbing company before we knew about York, and after loads of work, I was very pleased with the price.

York plumbing is the plumber that my landlord chooses to use. Overall they have done good work and have not had issues. However I don't know what the problem is with them lately. I have been trying to get them back out to simply reinstall my shower handle for over 2 months and they continually schedule me out weeks from when I call and their plumber has canceled multiple times. One time last week I was unavailable and now they want to say I canceled 3 times. They are full of it. And to make matters worse when I called today to schedule again I said all I am asking is for your guy to show up when he is scheduled and Bonnie got an attitude and hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. simply due to this experience I would not recommend them.

Chris was on time and extremely friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes, got the part and had it repaired in under 40 minutes! The staff was amazing...from the first call to the last and was by far the most affordable plumbing company we have dealt with. This was our first time using them, but it will not be the last. York Plumbing is our new go-to for all of our plumbing needs! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!

Called York on a Wednesday about a non-urgent issue, they had someone out on Friday. Darrell was our plumber and did a fantastic job. Very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and did an overall great job. Will definitely use York and Darrell again and would recommend them.

This is the best Plumbing service I've ever used. I Had a leaking outside faucet and the washer was backing up. Cody was our service tech. He got started around 8 and was done in no time. As long as your plumbing needs are during normal business hours and non-emergency I would absolutely recommend York. They have always done really good work for us and their employees are great.

Was quoted a worst case senerio price to connect my bathtub to the main drain. Bad experience with a builder. They quoted 2 full days of labor including using the jackhammer. They pulled the tub up and realized it was a much simpler fix then what they quoted. The two guys they quoted to be there for 16 hours were out of my house by noon the first day. After fighting with them for months we paid the the entire bill of $2,000. Will NEVER used these guys again!

***edited to say*** I have used York plumbing for many other jobs, including a slab leak, and they never heard a peep about the price. I think the general population would have a difficult time paying $2,500 for 4 hours work for two guys with zero heavy equiptment use and a dustpan of debris removal. But hey, if insulting me on a social platform helps you sleep at night to for it!

I have used York Plumbing for years. The plumbers are very knowledgeable and fair in their billing. It is a well run company. The addition of heating and A/C repair service is great. I just used York to repair the mess of another company that worked on my A/C unit. York repaired it for one-half the cost the first firm attempted to charge me. Lastly, the York office staff is a pleasure to deal with.

My heater went out and they came and fixed it right away. Eric was really helpful, showing me how and why it happened and ways to manage if ever it happens in the future. Definitely recommend.

He checked on what he needed went to the shop for supplies I live off Tisdale and the shop is 41st and Memorial got back and finished within a timely manner. Had a great experience with York Plumbing and Chris Cobb. I had an old gas line capped and the main water valve to the house replaced. Both jobs done in less than 4 hours including clean up. We woke up to a leaking hot water heater. Bobby patiently walked us through what we needed to do to prevent damage to our house. Even though they were booked solid, they were able to work us in and replace our water heater the same day. Robert was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Darrell responded to a call I placed with York plumbing for my Mom's home where she had quite a plumbing mess created by a previous plumbing company she had unfortunately used in the past.
Darrell called ahead to let me know when he was going to arrive which was even a little earlier than scheduled (I've never waited around for an 'hours-long' time window with York plumbing), he contacted me later to tell me what he had found and what it would take to resolve the problem which was quite in depth and would require him to return later in the week with another technician to dig up the plumbing in the yard. Again, he called before he arrived to let me know he was coming and then once again later that day to let me know he was finished and told me the total. Darrell was very friendly, gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the plumbing repair and never kept me guessing about when someone would arrive, what they would be doing or how much I would be spending for such an in depth repair.
York plumbing has friendly, knowledgable, communicative and informative technicians. They are honest, on time, reasonable and all of these things are the reason my family and now, some of my friends use York plumbing.

Had a plumbing situation for some time now and I had a plumber come out and didn’t get anything done. Today Darrell came out and got the job done ! He was very honest with us, got the situation handled and I’m very thankful for that. Never again will I call anyone else. I had a leaking pipe in the wall of my master bathroom. The pipe had not been properly sealed when the plumbing was last done. I set an appointment to have it repaired. Darrell came out and from the start knew it wasn't going to be an easy job with the space given and the placement of the pipes. He assessed the situation and got to work, when he was done it looked completely different and he did an amazing job! I would recommend York plumbing to anyone needing any kind of plumbing repairs.

York Plumbing has been working on my condo building for years and now I see why. With plumbers like Darrell Rulle solving leak troubles their value is huge. Darrell was able to solve a very complex leak situation coming from above my unit. He analyzed it worked with all parties involved and brought in the right experts from his company when needed to perform the job to the highest standards. In addition to the Plumbing division York also has a HVAC company. Robert represented for HVAC work. He knew what he was doing. Robert removed my old vent system with ease so that the plumber could get to the pipes. Then he was able to effectively put the whole thing back together way better than before. I’m glad I had York HVAC do that part of the job.

I had a tub drain clog up on me after a bathroom remodel, and in a 71 year old house I was concerned it could be something possibly worse than a typical clog because the clog was located all the way in the cast pipe going into the ground. However, Chris from York showed up and as easy as pie unclogged the drain for me. Thank goodness it was a much easier fix than I had expected and thanks again to York Plumbing for solving my problem!

We used York for the original water heater installation a few years ago and were very happy with the price and service, so when it started acting up, they were first on the list to call. I like that they send a photo and a couple of details about the person you are letting into your house. It makes it feel like they are less of a stranger, it also gives you something to talk about if you’re the kind to hover and chat. I’m female and was home alone this morning, and I felt completely safe with their staff. They were quick to troubleshoot, great at answering questions, and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for York Plumbing to thaw my pipes after the bad snow and ice storm I. February. 2021. My appointment was a week out and I called three times to confirm they were coming. When they got here on the appointment date, the technician advised me he was not equipped to thaw pipes! After waiting and a full week and confirming 3 times, they advised me they “don’t thaw pipes”! Incompetence at it’s worst!

Robert was very helpful and thorough in running a camera through our pipes to see if there was any issues another company said there were. Turns out there wasn't anything majorly wrong, and Robert showed me on the camera what the inside of the pipes looked like. I felt he was very respectful in directly showing me what was going on, and he helped us avoid paying thousands of dollars for an issue that wasnt an issue to begin with.

They came on time. They quickly figured out the problem and solved it. The price was reasonable.

We had water backing up from our laundry drain pipe and an odd (terrible) smell that would randomly wave throughout the house. We called York thinking we had a clogged pipe somewhere. Bad news was we had a collapsed line under the house. Worse news- insurance wouldn’t help. The silver lining was Chris from York was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came up with a plan to re-route the line to the exterior of the home which was a fraction of the price for the alternative which was tearing out our entire floor in our home to find the leak. They came in and had the repair done in one day! They came around 7a and left at 3:30p! We are so happy with everything about this company. The ladies who answer the phone are kind and understanding to the problems at hand, and the servicemen were efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. This was our second time using York. They came recommended from a friend and we are not disappointed. Will refer them to others and continue using them for our personal needs. Thank you, Chris! Thank you, York!

York Plumbing sent an experienced plumber out to fix the outside spigot and even managed to find an earlier opening for me.
After using some other big-name plumbing companies over the years with plumbers who didn't seem to know what they were doing, this was a great experience. The work was done quickly and the price was fair & reasonable. York will get the call every time.
