Precision Plumbing Definitely cares about the customer and the Repair. I called them about my water heater, they came right away to diagnose the problem, and informed me what action I should take. They installed a new water heater with new hoses and valves. They aslo repaired some valves that was on the toilets. They checked the house water flow for any problems. And before they were done told me if I have any problems to give them a call. Precision Plumbing Thank You!!

Jake is fast and efficient. Very true to his word, the quote for a job is what he charges. He will tell you how the project will be done and gets on it. We had repiping done in our house and didn’t have to spend one night without water. Milky and Karen

Dropped my keys in the toilet 😩… yeah idk how it happened either but it was mid flush so I couldn’t even get them out on time. A day later my toilets and showers are not draining!

Contacted a plumber and he came and “fixed” the issue. This plumber only checked one side of my mainline. He did have the water flowing again but my keys were not retrieved.
Fast forward 6 days and here we are again with the same issue! To top it off we don’t realize this until after 5pm! Everything is closed 😣 Luckily I came across Precision. Jake answered the phone right away and said he could be here in an hour! He is a lifesaver. Honest down to earth guy. Highly recommend- He knows what he’s doing. Thanks Jake!

After buying a new home in Bakersfield, my husband needed safety bars in our master shower and toilet area. He needed a chair height toilet. I picked out the toilet that I liked and they went and bought it and brought it to our home. Jake and Stephen came in and did an incredible job installing two safety bars in the shower and installing a new shower head. The toilet was installed, the grab bar installed and higher rise toilet seat in the toilet room. They were very professional and let me know that my husband should not put his entire weight on the bars. They were so incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. My thanks to Precision Plumbing! Disposal went kaput last night and I was about to start calling plumbers when I stopped behind the Precision Plumbing van at a light heading home. Called the number on the van and Jake was here within the hour. He was polite, worked fast and cleaned up after his work was completed. Great rates (based on other recommendations) and great service. I'll be calling again once I buy our new kitchen faucet. Highly recommend this company.

I would recommend jake and his company any day of the week, just wow, i called for a quote about my water heater, i did my own research about water heaters, i already knew what i wanted, but jake gave me alot more information than i already had, he educated me, directed me in the right direction, answered all my concerns, i ended up having jake come in and replacing my water heater and i was very satisfied with his installation and professionalism, real down to earth guy, taking care of the customer, making sure i was satisfied with the installation and the warranty set up for the water heater, I would call him for any pumbing needs. real good guy, if you want an honest, hard working guy, call jake and his company up, i wouldnt want to call another plumber up other than him. 10 star service, installation, professionalism.

Jake and his team worked on my water heater tank that reached it's life. They came out right away and even tried to get to my rental place sooner than they estimated. They understand the gravity of my tenant's needs not having hot water during this cold weather and they replaced my heater tank and put everything up in no time. This is the second time I reached out to them and they never disappoint me. Highly recommend Jake and his team.
