John arrived on time, got right to work, opened our drain, checked for leaks, cleaned the work area and finished up quickly. He had a young man “shadowing” him, so he explained each step he did and why. Very happy with his excellence service.

John is amazing! Our kitchen sink backed up into our laundry wash basin during Thanksgiving meal prep, which was an unwelcome surprise. We called the following morning and he was out by noon to fix the clog. He was very meticulous with his work, and made sure his mother would be proud with the way he left the “work site.” We cannot recommend him or his services enough!

We had an urgent back-up and John made time for us same-day, explained everything clearly, and after some sleuthing and serious effort to clear our intense clog, our water was flowing more smoothly than ever. Ongoing basement odors prompted the call to John and in rapid speed he was onsite. His meticulous service was nothing short of professional, thorough, reasonable and most importantly honest. Floor drain in my laundry room was draining slow, contacted Resilient on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning he was able to take a look and clear out drain. Plug for my clean out was pretty corroded so he swapped out that while he was working on it as well. On time, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

John came out the same day to clean out my drain. He was thorough — took the time and used the right size drill to clear all the tree roots — and he was professional and friendly. He explained everything to me, and his pricing was very fair. And he also recommended a trustworthy business to help me out with a related issue! Highly recommend!!

He did a great job and solved the problem in minutes. he’s professional and his equipment is clean. We had an emergency plumbing situation and he even coordinated with the other plumbers so that we could be seen by both parties on the same day. He’s very nice to work with and knowledgeable. I texted John at 5pm on Friday, and he came out at 10am on Saturday. My kitchen drain was backing up. He laid tarp down down and got started. After 1/2 he to 45 mins and testing my sink with a load test ~ he was done! Very pleased, he did a great job!

Prompt response to my phone call. Came over same night even after 6 pm. Unplugged my kitchen sink, helped me to understand why it could have gotten plugged and how to prevent it in the future. All of this was done with a really pleasant demeanor, careful of my flooring and cleaned up behind so you would never know he was there. And the price was great. I highly reccommend!

We had a clogged basement drain when we woke up in the morning with a large pool of water on the floor. We contacted John at Resilient Sewer and Drain, and he came out within a couple of hours. He got the drain cleaned out and also checked our lines with his camera to verify that we didn’t have any other issues. He was very professional and we felt his pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely contact him again if we have any drain issues in the future.

I am very grateful to Resilient. I had a nasty backup in the basement and the first company I called came out in the evening for 2 hours, left a mess and did not complete the job and charged $400. The tech said that someone would call me about putting a camera down the clean-out drain and I would probably have to have my yard dug up. When I received the call after 10 PM I thought it would be from the same company who I hired, letting me know someone else would finish the job, but it was not and seemed like a major scam talking about needing to dig up my yard to solve the problem. I decided I needed a second opinion. John came out the next day and was able to get the job done. Yes, I had a lot of roots and should have had everything cleaned sooner, but I cannot say enough about John’s honesty, patience, and professionalism. Bonus…he did not leave a mess. THANK YOU!!!

Had a badly blocked kitchen drain. Called John at 7:30AM and he was out to the house by 10:00 AM and had the job completed with the hour...at a fair price. Excellent service and excellent price. Had Resilient out for a clogged sewer line that had backed up. John, the owner, was very efficient in taking care of the problem. Cleaned up everything and fixed a couple of things I didn’t know needed to be fixed including one which had dangerous methane gas entering my home. Highly recommend them!
