Dave has always been on time, friendly and I have never had a problem with him. Anytime I call him he is there and gets the job done. Prices are amazing and his smile, even though you’re having a bad day, will make you smile. I only use him!

I've been battling sewage backup for weeks and have had multiple people out. Hudson Plumbing was great and gave it their best efforts, but needed the line hydro jetted. Matt came and got it all cleared and checked the entire line all the way to the city main with their camera. There was a big stoppage of paper and waste close to the city main. Woohoo!!!!! We are up and running again! Roto Rooter quoted me $3000 saying I needed a trackhoe and dig up 8 feet down to replace the line. We did not! If you need your line cleared, use Charlie's Rooter! Never call Roto rooter! Matt had it done in 30 minutes or less

David was without a doubt the best decision I could have made when deciding to pick a plumber off of the internet when a sudden problem occurred with my bathroom pipes. Something that we thought was just a small task turned out to be a four hour job. David remained professional and patient the entire time. He talked me through what was going on and made sure that the problem was resolved before he left my house that day. I normally don't write reviews but I can honestly say that If you are looking for a knowledgeable and Professional Plumber that Epoca Plumbing is the way to go. I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.

Furnace was working intermittently. They came and took a visual look, standing there with their hands in their pockets, said the furnace was old and gave me an estimate for new equipment, $3000.
They never actually diagnosed the problem, I told them to leave.
Did a little more digging myself and found out my thermostat was bad. Run to menards, $40 and an hour later furnace was working great. I complained to management and after arguing with them for a bit they finally refunded my $79 diagnostic fee.
