I reached out at 11A about a job to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell in my sink. He arrived 4.5 hours later and finished the job in 20-30 minutes. Other competitors tried to charge me double the amount. I'll be sure to call Titan again if I have any plumbing issues!

American Home Shield sent this plumber for a leak in my bathroom. He showed up at a great time, well within the appointment window they gave me. He got the leak fixed quickly and was able to provide some advice on other minor issues we were having. Overall I had a very good experience with them.

John completed a home inspection for me recently, and he did an excellent job. Fulfilling promises is extremely important to me, so I was pleased with his communication during the process, with him showing up on time and completing the tasks on time, and with getting my report to me on time. As far as the inspection process, John and his colleague were very thorough, provided detailed explanations, and provided a clear report. His price is reasonable, too. Locate source of blockage with 2 of 3 pool return lines, replace pool line with proper connections

They are the worst company to have install anything!!! Faulty work, careless and not willing to correct their mistakes or make anything right! They installed a drainfield through Nova Homes and after 2 years the drainfield has failed. They aren't willing to fix it and think that their customers should pay out thousands of dollars for equipment that should last 15-25 years!!!!!!!!!
