I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

I really wanted to give a good glowing review of this company. However, they did not complete the job. The awning over our carport and the new roof over our shed are leaking. We had referred them to a neighbor because they had been so responsive following the July monsoon and wind storm. They left a pile of debris behind at our neighbors. Yes, I know that the storm damaged a lot of homes and they were pressed to get materials. However, they did not even return phone calls. This was a very stressful year.

The only reason I'm giving him a 1 star is because you have to at least choose one. Stay away from these people. If you want unreliable work with dishonesty then hire them. There were no records found for an inspection or registration with the state. On several occasions I was told that they dont do the percolation test for septic that the builder or myself had that done. Once the state was on their case Josh called me and was all the sudden willing to help 3 days before he had to turn in the paperwork. Once I told him another guy was doing it he said he would still help. No word from Josh after the date so called the state. State said all paperwork was turned in, even the paperwork they said they don't do for the test. He paid the fine with the state that was around $600 and wiped his hands clean. Funny how the test was on a form that was 7 years newer than the test that was done. Talked to lawyer who said looks phony but sounds like he is willing to forge documents and we would have to prove it which could be hard to do. While he got off with a $600 bill to replace my septic was over $12,000 and was less than 9 years old. Btw I did have it pumped every 2 years.

Plumbing wise they did all of this also. Some pipes bang a lot when hot water is on. This is a new home. Also my grinder pit wasn't sealed at all and it has moisture coming through the pipe.

I guess if cheap is what you want go ahead and hire them but beware that if any issues arise they will basically take no blame.

My Main line was backed up and these guys showed up soon after I called. They were very professional and left my place very clean when they were done. Not a service I need often but will call these guys if I do.

Set an appointment with them. When I called back for a update the person said that he doesn’t give time estimates. This guy needs to work on his customer service skills. Don’t bother with them they will
send someone “whenever someone is available” bad service.

Enrique was great service technician. He helped me make fiscally responsible choices regard ing my repair and service. Got a next day appointment and provider showed up on time.

I called them yesteday, 20SEP at 2 PM because I had broken a cartridge in my bathtub, and had to have the water main turned off. I was told they would find me a technician, call me back with the details, and get them out to my place as quickly as possible. 30 minutes later, I had not heard from them at all, and when I called, there was no answer. I received a call back a few minutes later and was told a technician would be at my house around 4:30 PM. I told them that I would need to leave at 4:45 to pick up my kids and I would be back no later than 5:15. They said they'd try to get them there sooner. They called me at 4 PM and told me the tecnician was on the way. I called them at 4:45 and they told me the technician would be there waiting on me when I got back from picking up my kids. I called at 5:04 when I got back and they told me he'd be there in 10 minutes. I called at 6 PM and they were closed. This is not dependable. This wasted an entire afternoon that I could have paid someone else so that my family didn't have to endure no water for a day. Also told me the minimum charge was $170 or so. Won't be doing business with this organization ever again.

I was very pleased with the services provided by this company. The leak was detected the next day. The leak was exactly where it was marked with an x by this company. This prevented by office and hallway floors to be destroyed. The leak was in the walkway into the front porch of the house. Great job

This company helped me with my refrigerator about a month ago. I was extremely happy with the service and affordable pricing. The young lady who answered the phone was super sweet and the technician that came out was very knowledgeable.

3 hours and counting they have no showed up to the appointment we scheduled. Waited 1 hour past the time to call since we hadn't heard anything from them. Was told someone was on the way and has been 2 hours since.

Parients were left all day no one called nothing 5 in the afternoon Father called and spoke to the owner finally things got fixed!!!! This was After someone arrived in the morning and started the job went to get parts then had Emergency !!! Parents are 90 and 89!!
