I had a fantastic experience with Perfection Plumbing. I have a very old house and after turning my faucet one day, the rusty pipe cracked right off at the threads. Worse, I had no shut-off valves so my only option was to turn the water off at the street. I called a local supplier, and they recommended Perfection when I said I needed professionals. They understood that it was an emergency and scheduled a same day visit. Both the owner and his team were extremely professional and worked hard until the issue was solved. It took them about an hour to get it installed, and the new unit looks great and works great.

I would highly recommend this company. They are not sales people, they're plumbers. They want you happy, and want repeat customers. Definitely give them a call.

What a positive experience! They were actually 15 minutes early - unheard of in this town. Far superior to the company I used last year to have my evap coolers switched over. I will surely be using them again & recommend you give them a try, at least for HVAC services; should I need plumbing services I'll try them out & update this post.

I needed a new dishwasher installed. Called and made an appointment. Carlos came on time which I totally appreciate. While installing the dishwasher he noticed there was a clog in my drain. He finished installing my dishwasher and told me he had to get to his next appointment but he would be back in an hour and a half. He came back exactly an hour and a half later and fixed my drain and tested my dishwasher and he even cleaned up after he left. I totally recommend Perfection Plumbing. Spot on service.

Should change their name to below average plumbing and heating ,does not show up on time and is rude when you try to reschedule because they don't know how to tell time. Was told they would be here between 11 and 1 and when they did not show by one 1 called to see where they were was told that they wrote down the appointment wrong and that the guy could be here in about 45 minutes well I had to go back to work so I said let's reschedule whoever was on the phone said they had Tuesday and Thursday the following week and I said great im off next week so whichever day you can schedule a time for and keep works for me he just kept asking me which day so I kept saying whichever day you can show up on time for he then said he would call me back and hung up.

I own 20 apartments and use Perfection for all my needs ( which are constant given old plumbing and many elms)
They are consistently responsive sometimes within hours efficient and pleasant. My tenants comment on the courtesy
Yesterday's they completed 20 turnovers from cooling to heat in record time and very minimal.hassle. Carlos,owner ,is a pleasure to work with and even once when my heat was out
personally brought me heaters because he was concerned I would get cold.

My daughter's apt complex uses Perfection plumbing. They service her heater air conditioner. They are courteous and professional extremely kind. My husband informed me we may need a new air conditioner I said there's only one company I would use he asked which one is that I said Perfection Plumbing. 10/10 recommend this company. Major plumbing issues arose that needed immediate attention. Calling around I realized companies had long waitlists and expensive pricing services. Upon calling, Perfection Plumbing met my request for services promptly and professionally along with a price that was extremely honest and affordable. Carlos, the CEO of the company, responded to the service call personally and diagnosed the cause of the plumbing issue upon arrival. The CEO has owned the business for many years and is very trustworthy and extremely reliable with very fair prices. If you are looking for great service from a trustworthy company I strongly recommend going with Perfection Plumbing.

They charged me an exorbitant price for the work done. They also charged me for their own mistake and then the owner tried to turn the tables and shame me for asking about it. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away also.

This company is very professional and has worked hard to solve all of my plumbing problems. They've done a variety of jobs on my apartment such as fixing leaks, installing swamp coolers, and unclogging stopped-up drains. The employees are puntual, friendly, and respectful, and the person who does the scheduling is pleasant to work with. Also, the plumbers are very good about always wearing masks to protect everyone from COVID. I highly recommend this company!
