I did not realize how fortunate I was to have included A. J. Michaels as a company of interest when shopping to replace my HVAC unit that had stopped working. I had received a quote from three companies and A. J. Michaels provided me the best offer. The sales agent who worked with me was very pleasant and helped me determine which model unit was suitable for my condo under the brand name I preferred. There was no hard sell or pressure, which allowed for a comfortable transaction. At the same time, I contracted the company to provide scheduled maintenances for my HVAC unit and have always been highly satisfied with their customer service representatives and service technicians. They put forth every effort to please their customers, in a most pleasant and patient manner. Anyone who is shopping for a new heating and air conditioning unit and/or services should begin with A. J. Michaels, because it’s unlikely you’re want to look anywhere else.

Excellent experience with RG Wolfe Plumbing helping us choose and install a toilet at my mother’s house. They were so easy to work with and after the install came back out quickly when there a small issue (not as a fault of their doing).

Roto Rooter was supposed to come on a Tuesday evening to fix a toilet. After a 2 day delay, they showed up Thursday evening. The initially wanted to charge me $350 for 15 minutes if work replacing a $15 part you can can get from any hardware store. I negotiated down to $200 and $35 in parts. What a complete ripoff, but after days of waiting I just wanted the job done. Needless to say, I will not be calling them again!

Brandon is an expert at his profession. He is honest and dependable. He helped us with our plumbing needs during a family emergency that required some critical thinking.
