On Time Plumbing

These guys are great! They are out go to guys for all things plumbing related. Prices are reasonable. The staff are personable and ready to work with. And, most importantly, they live up to their name - their service is always fast and they come when they say they will be here!

1. Forgot to turn on our water valve for 2 days leaving our tenant without water for 2 days.
2. Had our water pipes fixed and are still leaking. Expects to be paid for continued leaks.
3. No show during one of our appointments.
4. Expects to be paid for a poor job.
Do not use. Very unprofessional.

They came out and assessed my problem. Turned out we did not have an issue and they did not charge us. The plumber was courteous and educated me on the various topics related to my concern. They wore shoe coverings when entering the house which I really appreciate! I would call them again.

Easy and Jonas provided expert service for my thorny plumbing problems. They did great work and were very fastidious in wearing shoe protectors in our home. I'll use On-Line Plumbing again if the need arises!

I've had drain problems for years. Burned through various plumbers and still slow drains. The crew arrived on time, listened to my problems then suggested solutions. They had no problems working in the crawl space to replace plugged drain lines. on time, excellent work and an honest business.

Responded very quickly to a broken water pipe from the street to our house. They were able to hook up temporary water so that we did not have to go without water before they were able to come the next day to do the repair. Very quick and excellent customer service

I called them early morning for a leakage under tub. They showed up in ~1hr, found the leak in crawlspace and fixed the pipe in ~1hr. Quick response and quality service. Will hire them again.

Charged $125 and did not fix the clogged toilet. Said he might need to take apart the toilet which will cost much more. The next plumber we called unclogged it in a few minutes.

Luis was very experienced and helpful. He fix my main switch and toilet leak in less then half hour.
