Justin is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He fixed the mess another plumber had made in my house and suggested an update to improve the efficiency of my installation. He communicated with me effectively, he was punctual and he got the job done at an affordable price. I will call North Ohio Sewer & Drain for my plumbing needs if they keep sending Justin my way.

We had a leak in the cold water line behind our vanity and the shut off valve was broken. We have always struggled to find an honest and reliable plumber in the 14 years we have owned our home. The drywall was wet and soggy and it was something we wanted to address ASAP before it did anymore damage. We called The Alert Pioneer Plumbing Company and left a message. Within minutes, I received a text from Fred saying he could possibly squeeze me in next day in the afternoon, but it was dependent on how their morning job went. He said he would would keep in touch. In the meantime, another company I called told me they could get me in for sure next day in the afternoon, so I told Fred we were taken care of. But after a little research on the other company we found they had no license and there were some concerning news articles we saw on the owner. So I reached back out to Fred and once again, he responded within minutes asking if I could make early morning work. I agreed because I felt it was urgent to get it fixed. Gabriel promptly showed up at 7 a.m. and he was extremely friendly and professional. He put on booties which we really really appreciated! Right from the start that showed that he would respect our home. He had a tight space to work with, but he quickly diagnosed where the leak was and what needed to be done. He explained that he would have to cut out drywall and made sure we were ok with what he was doing before he started.
He not only fixed that issue, but he also fixed another small leak coming from the drain in the vanity sink AND he cleaned up after himself! Some might say their hourly rate is a bit high because honestly that's how I felt when Fred mentioned their pricing. But when you see the quality of work, the professionalism and the respect for your home, it makes every penny you spend with them worth it. They know what they are doing and they are honest, so you might just end up saving money compared to what another plumber might charge. They are so knowledgeable, skilled and CLEAN and you just don't find that very often in the plumbing industry. I'm so glad I found them and I highly recommend them!

Action Plumbing is our hero! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jim and his team. We called Jim a few months back to assist with a problem we were having in our half bath. Because of our positive experience this past fall, we reached out when an issue arose again. When I originally called, the receptionist was pretty rude so I was certainly put off and aggravated by that...
But,, then the plumber got on the phone and he was very professional and accommodating, he set me up an appointment for the very next day, then he came out, and did a free estimate, then let me know what the problem was.
They weren't pushy at all, and they helped tremendously.

I contacted Drain Be Clean Plumbing to assist with repiping our kitchen sink drain. We went from a double sink to a deeper single sink which caused the existing drain coming up from the basement to no longer line up properly. We were running short on time and I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink for too long until we had a free day to complete the work ourselves. John was polite, on time and completed the job the first thing the following day. He even finished installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend John as a plumber. It's hard to come by contractors these days that are respectful of their clients homes and John was the perfect match for this small job. We will definitely call Drain Be Clean for any future plumbing needs.

Bob of platinum plumbing was hired to install my ventless gas fireplace unit. The next morning I woke to my CO2 detector alarm, the smell of gas. I opened all the windows and called Bob immediately, he said he’d be over later. I called again an hour later & he said he’d be over. He just acted like it was no big deal. I then called Lakewood Fire Dept. They shut off the unit, but there continued to be the odor. Bob called to see how it all was going and he told me the unit must be defective. Well Bob it turned out the unit wasn’t effective the installer was I had a qualified technician come out and the odor was due to fittings not been tightened on the unit. Shame on Bob. I had paid him a check of $150 for this fiasco, the ink wasn’t even dry when I saw it had been cashed ! Judge for yourself!

Mario was so polite and efficient! After explaining my situation he pinpointed the problem, gave me a quote, which I thought was reasonable and got right to work...within 15 min my drain was clear! He even advised me on yearly maintenance to keep my older pipes clear!

When my water heater decided to pick the middle of the night to break, I called Parma Plumbing. They were quick to come out and repair my water heater asap! The quality of their work and professionalism is the best hands down. Would definitely recommend them!
