Robert has done maybe $3k worth of plumbing work for me over the past year including installing new water heaters, misc. water & gas lines, shower faucets, exterior spigots and much more. His work is A+ quality, his prices are the cheapest I've ever found, and he's just a nice guy to have around - what more could you ask for. Don't give up on him if he can't get to your job right away, he's come through for me everytime!

I had Rob replace an old saddle valve on my gas line with a tee. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He also charged half as much as another local plumber would have. Highly recommend.

Bob Hanna (or Hannah) is, simply put, a crook. I called him to repair a leaky faucet. He claimed he was a registered plumbing contractor with the City of Lakewood. He also claimed to be a Union plumber. He left the job and promised to return. He asked for $100 and I wrote him a check. He called the next day and claimed he needed supplies and also needed an additional $200. He did appear to take another check. He has not returned notwithstanding he has promised to return our money. Since I have discovered he is not a registered contractor and is not a Union member. This man took advantage of us and lied to us. He is a thief and a liar and is not to be trusted.

Mr. Hanna was able to fix my problem quickly and efficiently. I knew absolutely no one in Ohio, and had a major showerhead issue, and he came to fix it, even during his off hours he was able to fix my shower with no trouble at all. I was able to get right back into the needs of my upcoming day. Like I said, I knew no one and Mr. Hanna really came to the rescue.

Very knowledgeable and worked with the city to get my plumbing issue resolved.

Hired Bob to do a couple small jobs on a flip I was working on. Very basic stuff, swapping out a few toilets and vanities. He asked for half the money up front and did half the job while I was there, removing all the old toilets and vanities. After months and repeated attempts I finally got in touch with him about when he planned on finishing the job. He claimed he needed money for materials and asked that I send him the other half so he could get what he needed and finish the job. I should have known better, but the money was sent and he's been a no-call no-show ever since. He put unnecessary holes in walls and damaged existing work that was already finished. When I had a contractor call him from another number he answered immediately and promised to be over the next day to finish the job. Would you imagine my surprise when I get a call a few hours later and this guy has the audacity to ask for more money for materials. Paid in full for a job half done and asked for more money on top of it. Other contractors also claimed some of their tools would come up missing when he was on the job. Buyer beware with this guy. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation...hire a real professional because this guy is a joke.

Robert was amazing! Needed a plumber in an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did he fix the problem with my toilet, but came within 2 hours to do. He didn’t overcharge me for an emergency visit on a Saturday afternoon either. I will use him for any further plumbing concerns I have.

Bob of platinum plumbing was hired to install my ventless gas fireplace unit. The next morning I woke to my CO2 detector alarm, the smell of gas. I opened all the windows and called Bob immediately, he said he’d be over later. I called again an hour later & he said he’d be over. He just acted like it was no big deal. I then called Lakewood Fire Dept. They shut off the unit, but there continued to be the odor. Bob called to see how it all was going and he told me the unit must be defective. Well Bob it turned out the unit wasn’t effective the installer was I had a qualified technician come out and the odor was due to fittings not been tightened on the unit. Shame on Bob. I had paid him a check of $150 for this fiasco, the ink wasn’t even dry when I saw it had been cashed ! Judge for yourself!

Really nice guy. Very helpful and extremely quick. Had us set up with a new water meter and some quality heat tape in less than 30 minutes. Way charged way less than we were expecting also. 10/10

Service was prompt, professional, and affordable. We had an emergency type situation and Robert was here the very next day, worked professionally and efficiently. He was very affordable and had the problem solved within a few minutes of checking things out. I absolutely highly recommend him. His work speaks for itself!

I do not recommend Robert. He asked for a check upfront for supplies and made an appointment to come back in 2 days. He was a no show, no call or text. He worked one more day and asked for another check which included $150.00 for supplies. He made an appointment to return in 2 days and once again no show, no call or text. At this point I informed him we were done doing business. He agreed to return the $150.00 . After 5 days he finally texted me back that he would drop off the money on a certain day and need I say that he was a no show, no call, no text and no money. Had Robert come back he was going to take a panel of my tub surround off and get into the wall to find a leak in the shower pipe going to the shower head. Luckily another plumber found that all that was needed was to tighten the shower head

What an awesome experience. It went from bad to fabulous. I had 3 inches of water in my bathroom and Robert came over in a moments notice and repaired my leak and gave me a very reasonable rate. I am extremely pleased and recommend him highly.

Took 3k up front and will not return calls.

Bob and Bob came over and switched out my old and leaky pipes with pro press and managed to get me better pressure at my faucets too! My hot water tank lines were a mess and now its perfect! Thanks for wonderful job!

CALLED ROB AT 7:30 AT NITE BECAUSE I COULD NOT DO MY BATHROOM TUB FAUCET HE CAME RITE OUT TO INSTALL THE FAUCET FOR ME .. I WILL CALL HIM IF I EVER NEED HIM AGAIN OR ANY ONE I KNOW THANKS

DO NOT USE! Bob asked for $300 down payment for some plumbing work I had. After I sent him the money he never showed up and blocked my number when I asked for the money back. Currently working with authorities to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Bob was excellent. He came and checked out the problem the day I called, then installed a new water heater two days later. Service was great, install time was short, price was competitive. Overall great experience, I'll use the company again.

Robert from my interaction with him seems to know lakewood home plumbing issues very well. He came and repaired a stuck faucet valve and i was impressed with his work. I called him back to do a second more involoved job and he did not disappoint.

I discovered I had a leaking fitting in an upstairs bathroom after it caused damage to our first floor ceiling. I called Rob and he came to my home right away, assessed the situation, left to purchase a higher quality replacement, returned and installed the new fitting within ONE HOUR of my call. He also took the time to explain the issues that caused this fitting to fail and remedied them. The price was very fair. I could not have hoped for a better result.

Bob had told me I needed new diverter for tub. Asked for money upfront then kept putting off doing the work. I told him I wanted a receipt for the part he was buying. He finally showed up with part in his bare hand no box and walked to my house saying his car broke down. He installed it and asked my son for a ride to his car and told me he'd give my son the receipt. He didn't and refused taking my calls when I asked. Now...the part he installed isn't working again and it's only been a few months. So disappointed! Never use again.

Bob did work on main sewer line, he did a amazing job I recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Couldn't be happier with Robert Hanna. My old cast iron stack cracked and flooded my basement. Roto Rooter quoted me $16,000 to fix it, so I called Robert for a second opinion. He showed up at my house within 10 minutes and replaced the section with PVC for $600!!! Don't do any major job without calling him first.

I’m not sure why anyone would give Platinum Plumbing Pros less than 5 stars based on the experience I had with them. They were super fast, provided great quality, and communicated very well. I would highly suggest them to anyone in Northeast Ohio.

Great experience. Mr Hanna replaced my hot water tank. He was very helpful and half the price of other plumbers. I have recommended him to my family and friends and neighbors because I was highly satisfied with the work.

Rob was great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and that required our water to be shut off for a prolonged period. He came out immediately, helped us repair the issue, and pricing was amazingly affordable! We were referred to him and we would/will pass that referral along!

Set up an appointment, no show. Received call back next day apologizing & set up another appointment. No call, no show again. Did not attempt to call again as I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism & disregard for my time.
