Great company, did an awesome job

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

We have relied on Cincinnati Arch Plumbing Experts as our go-to plumbing company for a number of years, and they have never let us down. The team's commitment to provide top-notch plumbing services is sincerely admirable.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

My furnace was not blowing out warm air during the freeze and I needed to fix that. Called Thomas and Galbraith and they came out to look at the furnace. The technician, Frank, said it would cost $2300 to fix the blower motor. But suggested I'm better off buying a new unit because my current unit was also too old and parts may not be available. They scheduled for a salesman to come out to give me the quote but suggested that it would probably be upwards of $7,000. On second thought, I called a different company. That company was able to order the part and fix it within 2 days . The total cost was $786. The discrepancy in pricing was a bit jarring. Needless to say I won't be doing any future business with Thomas and Galbraith.N/B : Thomas and Galbraith also missed the appointment twice without informing me. Each time I had to call. Finally demanded to speak to a supervisor and no supervisor ever called me back. I get that it was a busy time of the year and they probably got a lot of service calls but this was just poor customer service.

Kevin was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend for any plumbing need. He went out of his way to ensure the job was done. Thank you!

Ammon Plumbing is the epitome of craftsmanship. We had 2 hose bibs with leaks that are the type which shut off inside the pipe itself. And obviously, Our initial concern was drywall damage in a finished basement. Well , Ammon Plumbing had the perfect solution with a small panel to hide the access hole which looks great. Also the hose bibs were picked to blend in with the exterior brick color and it was just a subtle but classy touch. True craftsman, and we could not be any happier with the work! Highly recommend!
