When I called Hatz, I talked directly to the owner, Tim, who asked great questions and set himself up for success and a speedy, cost-effective visit. Tim and John handled 3 jobs in my home faster than I could have done a single job myself! Tim helped us understand his fix-it approach to all of our issues, and we are very happy with the results. I will definitely call him again, and you should call him too.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

We have been using AHP for years and they always do good work, however today after he cleaned up I had to spend another 45 minutes cleaning up after him. Had to clean the toilet after he dumped the black sludge from the pipe into the toilet. Used 10 Clorox wipes to finally get all the black film off the tile floor, and had to clean a quarter size spot of black from the carpet, vacuum, and mop the kitchen floor. Who's paying me for my time, on my only day off?

Joe came out and fixed an outdoor water leak for a wonderful price, however about 2 1/2 months later the leak sprung again. We called Joe, and he advised if the problem was his fault he would fix it free of charge. We let him know we would call him back, in which we did and we have received no response at all.

Unprofessional!! Extremely Rude! I Will Never Use Them Again and suggest you do the same !!!! Approximately 2 years ago I started using G&K plumbing in a rental property that I was having plumbing issues with. The first experience I was treated nicely and billed fairly. Since then, their attitude and billing treatment has changed immensely. I have had other issues arise with this property and have called on G&K multiple times (my mistake). G&K (the actual plumber) may eventually get the job done but the office staff (the family )-this is a family owned business, is the most rude, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever come across. They have scheduled appointments and have no showed, no phone call, no apologies, to either my tenants or myself who took the entire day off work to meet with them. Then they rescheduled days down the road, after we had already been waiting days for them to come. I have always paid G&K promptly, even though (in some cases) I have had question regarding their billing and repair details. When I query them, they are uncooperative and have treated me like dirt! Insulting me for asking questions and telling me they will answer the questions when the bill is paid. They are reluctant to answer anything! My last inquiry turned into a screaming match, with them accusing me of not paying a bill for over 3 months when in fact the bill was 3 weeks old and the only reason I hadn't paid it was because they hadn't returned my 4 previous phone calls (that they said they would return) regarding the details of the repair.

If that's not enough to warn you away from this company, one time the plumber cut the wrong pipe (water everywhere), created an enormous mess (that I needed to clean up), damaged ceilings tiles due to the spraying water and then charged me to fix the pipe they wrongfully cut (which they eventually had to re-repair because it wasn't repaired properly the first time). Take your chances with G&K,.... My opinion, take your chances on another plumbing company!!!

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)

We had a clogged toilet that turned into a basement excavation, Cody and Brenden did an excellent job, fixed our problems, were very nice and cleaned up well too. Definitely will be using them in the future! Highly recommend.

I called this morning and my problem was resolved by 3 pm. I was really impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the gentleman who came to my home. He said he can’t always get to a call so quickly, but I’m really glad he could. And I love the motto on the truck...”shit a is going down!”
