Carolina Grease Trap

Preston is amazing! We have a new cafe and wanted to change the grease trap service provider that the previous owner used and we got lucky - he was coming to our area on the same day as I called! He was professional and timely. He is a pleasure to work with. He has gained our recurring business! It isn't often that you find amazing customer service these days and Preston has provided that! We are thankful!

Terrible customer service and time management

Me and my mom opened a small grill and when it came time to have our grease trap serviced, Preston with Carolina Grease Trap was very helpful and giving us the service that we needed.
