My mother-in-law's main sewer line was blocked. We called hnh in the evening and Matthew came out, as promised, at 9:45 the next morning. He was able to find and remove the blockage. Matthew was super professional and the invoice was less than MIL was expecting. Highly recommend!

Called them on a Thursday and spoke to a guy who seemed nice and knowledgeable. He said he would call me back the next day to try to work me into their schedule. I sent him a text with my name and number and my wife's name and number. He never called back. I have no problem with someone not being able to fit me into their schedule...but just tell me. I'll work with you. But I am not going to beg you to do business with me. Communicate!
