1/19/2017 I had a major water leak that ended up being the sprinkler system. This company had sent someone out prior to the landscaper finding out what the problem was. An employee named Brice was here within about 45 minutes. With the quick response I'd highly recommend this company. I'll be calling if I ever need them. Thanks for the rapid response your company rocks!

Drew is AMAZING, and Ramona went out of her way to get him to me fast. I called for a non emergency hose bib replacement, and they had Drew at my house in 2 hours. He had my hose repaired in 15 minutes flat. Will definitely use again.

Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

We had them out for what could have been a very expensive problem. But they fixed the problem without any major trauma. Mike was honest and Professional we were very happy to find these guys. We will be using them again.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

This company needs to send their front desk people to training on how to handle their clients in a professional way. I talked to this woman, and not only she was rude and wouldn't listen, but she hanged up on me. Poor poor service, not recommended at all. I guess there is a reason why they have 2* review on Google...
