Haig he’s absolutely wonderful technician. He responded within 12 hours. I called last night and he came over this morning and fix my AC. I have purchased my AC unit and my heating unit from his company. I have nothing but wonderful words to say about their professionalism and hard-working attitude, pleasant people to work with us well highly recommending them.

I contacted Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services to unclog a toilet because I felt it was time for a change. After I called, Jeff showed there to help in less than 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Jeff was able to fix the issue in just one hour. Jeff was courteous and did a good job of tidying up. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as he was working. Good service, but really expensive. I had a kitchen faucet and two check valves replaced, and I furnished all the replacement parts. It was about an hour and 15 minutes of work and they charged $520. Also, the cost estimate ($25) was supposed to be deducted from the bill, but it was not. The technician did an excellent job, but way overpriced.

Jus had this company cone out my water pressure in my master bath is just a trickle. Not as bad as in other rooms but for sure not normal. My service provider was here for 15 min and told us that we needed service on my water softener loop as well as our hot water heater. I asked if we get these serviced would they make a return visit if we are still having the issue. I was told that we needed to again go thru the Home warranty. So not I wait to make another appointment thru my HW. I feel that i was dismissed because of the home warranty rather then paying another visit and getting to the bottom of the issue. SHAME SHAME ON THE RECEPTIONIST FOR NOT GIVING me the time of day.

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .

We had a high image plumbing company come out on some recent work and the quote we got was outrageous. We looked up local plumbers and found out that Capital Plumbing had good reviews. After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did. We look forward to working with them again on some future projects. Great guys too.

I felt bad seeing the other review and wanted to write. I have worked with Shane for almost 10 years. He has always been amazingly responsive. My water heater blew a leak at 6:30am on a Saturday, he answered his phone, and he was at my house installing a new one by 10:30am!! Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!
