I have shopped around like at least 5 HVAC companies and Simply AC is definitely the cheapest and there was huge price difference. Another big factor that I chose Simply AC is the very good customer service and the sincerity and dedication of Mike and his staff. Even the after sales service was superb! They get back to you right away with any issues you might have. I am a very happy customer! Even if they would’ve been bit more expensive, I’d still pick Sinply AC. 10 stars!!

I have used Alaskan Heating & Air through 2 AC units...a long time now. Today my repair service was completed bt Steve, who I have had for my maintenance checks recently. Steve is so good at his job and took care of me like family. My compressor was toast and it was replaced ASAP with no fuss, no bother and a more than fair price. Ibhave the service program so my savings more than compensated for its cost. Steve is a prince among men. He is courteous, patient and kind. A rare find these days. Thank you Alaskan!!

I just want to give a shout out to Myrna, Rocky, and the crew that assisted my home this past week. My momma always said to me, when you come to a home, before you leave, make sure you leave it better than you left it. All I can say is this, for the work that was completed on our home, the main line water pipe was broken, Rocky and their crew, completed a phenomenal job, in fact, the work was 10x better than the work that was received 2 years prior from a prev company. The price quote doesn't get any better, especially for the work that was done. My family and I owe such appreciation and gratefulness for the speed, price, and quality. The owner MR. Robert insisted to charge for a service that was not complete, unexperienced worker showed up, and didn't even diagnosed the problem, just jumped into conclusions , bottom line the whole company was more interested to make more money than providing satisfactory service, will never call them again, I can't even give them 1 star, they all suck. After 30 minutes negotiating end up paying 275.00 for not doing anything, just for showing up, Trust me if I can humiliate them more in acceptable manner I would for sure. please see photo the way roto rooter employee left, even though got paid, GARBAGE, I am sorry for have to mark on a star otherwise will not be post the review, Unwillingly as they don't deserve even a zero.
