It was last night that I had to call a plumber to come fix my sink, which had stopped draining. On schedule, they located the source of the leak without any trouble. I really appreciated how fast they were and how cheap the service was.

Luis and his team are great to work with. I had a leak into my condo from two adjoining units. They stopped the leaks, abated the mold, cleaned it up, restored it back to new. Also installed new toilet and few other things I purchased for it. Great team to work with!!!

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.

My warranty company sent out a plumber who then transferred service because the repair was to much work. That's when they sent out tiburcio's plumbing. Enrique was able to get my hot water back on and install an extension the very next day when the other plumber that didn't want the job told me that it would be weeks to find because that tank was out of stock. I'm so grateul to Enrique and his workers. In less then an hour they had extended my water heater and put it on the ground for me so I could work on the water damage repair. They responded fast and and I would definetley use them again. Will update when temporary water heater is on stand and placed permanently!

We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

My sink exploded late on a Saturday night and they helped me find the water shut off valve over the phone and FaceTime. Thank you very much for the help and I will be calling you for any future plumbing needs!

Experience we had with this company was wonderful. Putting in a water softener best I've seen done and timely matter. If you ever need work this 702 Plumber personell is the best. Great job

We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿‍♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.

I hesitate selecting the “repairs” they have made on my house because none of them are in good working condition after repeated visits. I’m forced to use this company through my property management office and they are a complete nightmare. They show up hours late never do the job correctly and have to send other repairmen out to complete the job after the first guy didn’t do right. I’m completely unsatisfied with their performance and wish I could use another company for my repairs.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
